Midea Xmas & CNY Giveaway – Terms and Conditions
1. The “Xmas & CNY” giveaway contest (the “Contest”) is organized by MD(Singapore) Consumer Product Co Pte Ltd (the “Company” or “Midea”). By participating in the contest, each contestant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.
2. Eligibility
(a) This Contest is open to Singapore Citizens, Singapore Permanent Residents, and Singapore Residents (with an employment pass or work permit or long-term pass valid at the time of the contest period. Strictly eligible for contestants aged 18 years and above as stated on their Identity Card/ Passport only.
(b) By participating in this Contest, each contestant warrants and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations, and instructions issued by the Company from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.
(c) To be maximum extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any contestant should be excluded from entering or participating in the Contest.
(d) To qualify for this Contest, contestants must:
(i) Like the Company’s Facebook page.
(ii) Leave a home-cooked photo in the Contest comment section.
3. Contest Period
This Contest will commence on 20th December 2022, 00:00hrs, and end on 20th January 2023, 23:59hrs GMT +08:00 (“Contest Period”).
4. Contest Mechanics
(a) The Contest mechanics are as follows:
From 20th December 2022, 00:00hrsto to 20th January 2023, 23:59hrs, like the Company’s Facebook Page and post the home-cooked photo in the Contest comment section to participate in the Contest.
(b) The Contest prize is as follows:
Midea 2in1 Pressure cooker + Air Fryer MF-CN65A2 (5 winners in total)
(c) Things to take note of:
(i) The prize cannot be exchanged for cash.
(ii) The prize must be utilized or collected 15 days after the winner’s announcement.
(iii) Participants are allowed to submit more than ONE (1) entry throughout the Contest but are eligible to win ONE (1) prize only.
(iv) The entry needs to be original and not a material duplication, copy, or reproduction of other entries.
(v) The entry is not offensive, illegal, or insensitive to any segment or society, etc.
(vi) Company reserves the right to disqualify any contestants who meet the following requirements: participants who exchange likes with each other participants will be considered cheating, and the entry will be considered invalid.
(vii) The winner agrees to use his/her name and image in any publicity material in connection to the Contest. The selected winner is required to provide the following details, and they will be used by the Company to contact the winner:
Full Name;
Mobile Number;
E-mail Address.
