Still working well all ten of them
I installed 10 units over a year ago. Very simple and highly recommend a wall sleeve. The units don't appear to have a drain hole so water does accumulate in bottom and on high humidity days unit will produce odor. We believe the odor is from the standing water in bottom of unit so we use a few ounces of bleach to eliminate bacteria.
