Review by twilightw 16/01/2018I live in the South where it gets exceptionally hotter here in the Summer and instead of running up my a/c bill, I was in the market for something like this that will help cool down my area and make the season more enjoyable when I am home. The portableness of this is what caught my eye. I love the look of this conditioner and it has been working great. Due to it being Winter, I haven't been needing it much but I am excited to be using it more often in upcoming months when the weather is warmer. The only negative thing I have against this product is how I wish it didn't need the exhaust hose. I would like the product much better if it didn't need that but other than that, I think this is a great buy and can definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an air conditioner like this.
Review by Adorkable42 17/01/2018The portable AC unit worked great in a small bungalow. We opted out of a window unit because they're quite annoying to look at from outside the house and they're often noisy. This unit was quieter than previous window units we had installed in the house. This "portable" unit must exhaust out of a window using the adjustable window attachment. We had a relatively small window that worked great for this install. There was one issue that we found was that in some modifications of the sliders and/or foam seal. Once you cut the foam seal you're kind of stuck using that window, which takes the "portable" out of the air conditioner. You could always get more weather strip or foam from the local hardware store. Overall this was a good AC unit. It can definitely cool most of our small bungalow (800sq ft) comfortably enough, even though it's rated for 400-450sq ft. The fans help move the cold air around the house. Perfect for our setup.
Review by clawbennett 09/01/2018When I first got the ac it worked great and I loved it but after 2 months it stopped working. I cleaned the filters and drained the water but it still doesn't work. I am contacting the company to try and help me fix the issue. I will leave another review if get help for my issue.
