Do not buy this washing machine
There's bolts that fall/break off and end up inside of the tub; didn't realize at first that they were bolts from the machine. The tub is highly unstable to the point it can't drain because the knocking triggers an error code. I had a technician come check and neither of us could figure out what was causing it to not drain and to knock excessively; finally figured it out today when I found 2 bolts in the empty tub after trying to troubleshoot it again. When the technician and myself took the machine apart, we never saw/couldn't get to wherever these bolts are coming from. We're looking at hundreds of dollars spent on what we thought was a reliable washer, and it turned out to be unusable right outside of the warranty. If the technician that was sent during the warranty period couldn't fix it, I don't have high hopes that I'll be able to now.

I would never buy again
Have had this washer less than 1 year, already swapped out the impeller, waiting on the repair person to tell me the mother board is messed up. Spin is so messed up!! It uses to much water!!

very uhappy wounld not recommend product
washer is always resetting itself adds 20-30min more to wash can not even rate this product because there are no neg. stars to give

I would buy this product again.
I love the looks of this unit. The see through glass on the lid is great. I love how the lid closes (it doesn't slam), this is important because of not damaging it and because of my kids. 400205103
