Great Compact Freezer
Great little freezer, perfect for an apartment where they often give you a cheap fridge freezer with very little freezer space, this will supplement it nicely.

Works to date
Purchased 6 months ago and works as it should. Only gripe is one of the baskets broke, but it was replaced under warranty. Keep it clean, not over stocked, remove any ice build up and it'll last.

It's Bigger on the Inside
It's bigger on the inside! Love it so far. So nice and compact outside but then it holds much more food than I expected. Very happy. Pairs perfectly with my foodsaver so I can store food longer (with the air removed from the packaging so I don't get freezer burn.)

So far so good!
Sorry to see all the negative reviews. I wonder if some of them didn't follow directions. If unit is laid on its side to transport it must be upright for at least 24 hours before plugging it in, otherwise unit could be damaged. After a day I plugged ours in and set it on Max. It went down to -10 within a couple of hours. I set the thermostat just below half and it is now -5.

Not leveled
Is the freezer supposed to tilt to the left. It's not leveled and wanted to know if this is by design.

Indecisive
I just purchased this item today. Plugged it in just a few minutes ago. Maybe 10-15 minutes age. I went to check on it and can't get the door open. It is stuck shut. And the green indicator light never came on.

Ice already building up
It has been working ok. Our items are frozen so that is great. Mind you we don't have a lot of items in it yet. With that being said, we already have ice building up and it runs a lot. We store it in our house, so it's not crazy hot nor is it on very high. I assuming I already have to buy a new gasket so it will seal better? Overall I don't think I would buy this item again.
