My name is Stephen Martin, I am the Accounts Receivable / Credit & Collections Manager at Midea America Corporation. I am managing a team of ten. It has been about nine months since I have joined Midea America Corp and what an enriching experience it has been. Midea is an organization which offers opportunity, while fostering growth both professionally and personally.
In my short tenure I have learnt a lot in my domain but have also been exposed to much cross functional learning opportunities. The employees at Midea are extremely encouraging and talented with a relaxed family-like atmosphere. Midea is very multicultural with offices across the globe, you get to interact with colleagues from various nationalities and cultural backgrounds. I must say Midea is not just about work, many social, educational and community activities and most importantly we are encouraged to participate.

Hi! My name is Marianna; I am originally from Brazil, but I have lived in five different countries around the world. In 2014, I moved to the U.S and I got my A.S. in Business Administration and then transferred to Drew University where I got my B.A. in Economics with a minor in Italian. Later I graduated with my M.B.A. from Ramapo College.
I am currently a Senior Product Specialist for the Refrigeration team. In this role my main responsibilities include coordinating with our refrigeration factory for product launches, item set up, and pricing. I also work closely with our sales team and customers to showcase our portfolio of products and launch new products into the US market. Working at Midea has been a great experience! “Make yourself at home” is more than just a slogan, it is the environment we work in. The company is fast paced and very diverse, with great people that have made me feel welcome from day one! Everyone is very helpful, and we always get the support we need.

With 10 years of experience in the logistics industry, serving as a Logistics Transportation Manager, my primary responsibility has always been to oversee transportation operations and ensure the seamless movement of goods from point A to point B. Throughout my tenure, I have consistently been impressed by the efficiency and effectiveness of Midea’s logistics processes.
