Senior Product Planning Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

• Work with China-based team to formulate product planning & innovative technology demand of European refrigerator market, based on consumer research, competitive assessment and market analysis
• Get insight into various consuming scenarios and segments, identify new concepts, investigate the customer acceptance on new concepts by doing surveys, and apply those new concepts to new products
• Track and update the latest information of main competitors
• Be responsible for the product introduction of annual bidding of main retail channels
• Manage product life-cycle, including new product plans & launch, and update of previous products
• Monitor the performance of launched products and promote by stages to achieve annual sales target
• Consult in relative regulations and policy

Your profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, master’s degree is preferrred
• 5+ years experience in product planning, marketing or consumer research
• Experience in home appliances is preferred
• Active innovative thinking, good at analyzing and dig demand
• Experience using consumer insights to drive product plans
• Ability to analize smart data, good logical and systematic thinking
• Knowledge of European agency and compliance standards
• Strong problem solving and failure analysis skills
• Proactive, goal oriented and self-driven
• Strong interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English
