Warranty coverage applies only to equipment used for domestic purposes in appropriate installation and operation environments, without improper usage. The warranty does not apply to non-domestic use, including but not limited to:
Refrigerators used in medical facilities for storing special chemicals
Air conditioners installed at construction sites or server rooms operating 24/7, or exposed to excessive construction debris
These examples are illustrative, not exhaustive. Authorized service centers will determine warranty eligibility by assessing the equipment's usage environment. Special warranty terms and periods apply to damage caused by improper operation, as confirmed by authorized service centers.
The warranty does not cover:
Alteration or tampering with the warranty card
Damage caused by mechanical impact
Failure to perform required technical maintenance (e.g., filter cleaning, drainage system maintenance) during the warranty period
Equipment accessories including doors, door glass, door gaskets, handle covers, door handles, and feet
Damage resulting from improper use, violation of operating instructions, or causes unrelated to manufacturing defects
Damage from liquids, oil, or other foreign objects entering the device
Damage caused by power supply irregularities (voltage fluctuations), mechanical wear, corrosion, or extreme temperatures
Repairs, modifications, installations, or disassembly performed by unauthorized individuals or service centers (including resulting mechanical damage, chemical exposure, self-repairs, or voltage-related issues)
Unit damage due to floods, fires, or other force majeure events
Damage from storage or use in unsanitary conditions (mold, mildew)
Defects not caused by manufacturing faults
Products with manufacturing defects will be inspected within 5 working days from the date of purchase. After this period, only repairs will be provided. Customers must submit the product in complete packaging with all accessories and without visible damage.
If the seller fails to repair defective products within 30 calendar days from receipt, the product will be replaced with the same model or an equivalent product of comparable value, based on technical assessment.
Different warranty periods and terms apply when household equipment is used for commercial purposes. Equipment used in public service facilities is deemed to be for commercial use.
This commercial warranty does not limit customer rights as stipulated by Georgian law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."
The warranty card is valid in Georgia (excluding occupied territories).
Customers must notify the seller (name and address listed on the first page) in writing within 7 days of discovering a defect. The seller will review the claim and make a decision on warranty coverage within 10 working days.
By law, customers have the right to return products within 14 days of purchase. The product must be returned in its original packaging, in unused condition, undamaged, with complete documentation and accessories. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the seller receiving the returned product.
If a product is disassembled due to a claimed manufacturing defect that is not subsequently confirmed, the customer shall bear all incurred costs (disassembly, return shipping, inspection fees).
The cost of disassembly for refund purposes will be equivalent to the standard installation cost at the time of disassembly and will be deducted from the refund or paid directly by the customer.
Customers are responsible for additional installation fees for standard or non-standard equipment mounting.
Washing Machines/Dishwashers: Connection to pre-installed water supply and drainage points at the installation site.
Electric/Gas Water Heaters: Connection to pre-installed gas lines and water supply at the installation site.
Air Conditioners: Drilling a 45mm diameter hole through the wall, mounting the outdoor unit on a bracket, and connecting indoor and outdoor units using factory-supplied hoses. (Reinforced concrete, monolithic walls, or other non-standard walls are not covered under standard installation.)
Cooktops: Drilling a 30mm diameter hole through the wall and mounting on the wall, with a minimum distance of 65-75cm from the gas stove surface. (Failure to meet this standard voids the warranty in case of damage.)
Pricing is based on installation complexity and material requirements (e.g., wall thickness, location, scaffolding needs). Additional costs include the market price of accessories (extensions, hoses, etc.) required for non-standard installation. Complexity and standard compliance will be assessed on-site.

The seller and official service center are not liable for future warranty services if repairs are performed by unauthorized service centers, individuals, or the customer, or if free warranty services are misused (even if the warranty period is still valid). This exclusion does not apply to installations confirmed as correct and compliant with technical requirements by the seller's official service center representatives.
Packaging and accessories must be retained for 14 working days. Failure to do so will result in the product being ineligible for replacement or return. Repairs will be completed within the timeframe specified by warranty terms.
The equipment is physically damaged (e.g., scratches, dents, cracks) due to transportation or handling
Operating instructions are violated
Installation or warranty-related services are not performed by authorized service center specialists
Damage is caused by force majeure (floods, fires, etc.) or use in unsanitary conditions (mold, mildew)

The seller will review the claim and make a decision within 10 working days. Customers have the right to appeal the seller's decision to the Georgian National Competition Agency. The statute of limitations for claims is 2 years.
