Midea Philippines launches ‘Engineered to Last’ campaign, demonstrates excellence in products and after-sales service

Midea Philippines, one of the country’s frontrunners in the residential and commercial air conditioning industry, recently launched its campaign “Engineered to Last,” reflecting its strong commitment to manufacturing and service excellence. The campaign seeks to demonstrate Midea’s reliable after-sales service and exceptional product guarantees by providing improved and extended product warranties while aiming to instill confidence in its consumers by surpassing market norms.

In line with this initiative, Midea announced its product warranty extension on residential and light commercial air conditioning products. Customers can now experience one-year warranty for parts and service, three-year warranty for indoor & outdoor Printed Circuit Board (PCB), and 10-year warranty for compressors—providing coverage for unexpected repairs, extra savings, peace of mind, and more.

To avail of the extended warranty coverage, any Midea air conditioner products purchased from March 1, 2024 onwards from any authorized dealers/appliance stores are eligible upon evaluation based on the warranty policy.

Aside from this offering, Midea’s air conditioners are also built with Prime Guard Protection that helps guard every unit against corrosion, making them last longer. With the products being manufactured by Concepcion Midea Incorporated Philippines (CMIP), customers can guarantee excellent after-sales service given the technical expertise and customer trust they’ve built over the decade-long experience in the industry.
