I love love love this dehumidifier! I have moderate dust allergies and this product has all but eliminated all dust triggers in my home. It is easy to use, silent and can go virtually unnoticed.

I would use it for everything because I absolutely love it

I live in an area that is not always very humid so I wasn't sure how effective this dehumidifier would be in removing moisture from the air in my home. After running the machine for 24 hours as mentioned in the instructions, I was amazed at how much moisture was collected from the air in my home. This dehumidifier optionally connects to your home network through the Midea Air APP that can be download from the Google Play Store. The APP does require you to create an account, but once your account is created and the APP is connected to your home network, it should recognize your device immediately after pressing the power button for three seconds. Through the APP, the dehumidifier is very easy to control. This dehumidifier has three modes: Continuous Dehumidifying Mode; Comfort Dehumidifying Mode; and Dryer Mode (Dryer). I found myself using Comfort Mode the majority of the time. This mode will automatically control room humidity based on the room's temperature. After running the dehumidifier in this mode for four hours, I collected enough moisture to fill a 20 fluid ounce cup. Although there are three drainage options, the bucket drainage option is for simple removal of fluid. If using the dehumidifier for longer periods of time, you might want to consider the water hose drainage option. Midea highlights the quietness of this dehumidifier and mentions that it is quieter than a typical refrigerator. I think this is a little exaggerated as I found the dehumidifier to be a little louder than expected; however, it is still fairly quiet and this would not prevent me from considering this device. Overall, I am very satisfied with this dehumidifier and believe it does what Midea says it will do.

Wasn't sure how effective this would be in central Florida (land of humidity) but after 15/20 minutes of use, I instantly noticed a difference. The air smelled so fresh. The machine was quiet and compact and also isn't an eyesore!

I was impressed with the feel of the dehumidifier as soon as I took it out of the box. I'm used to household appliances feeling cheap or plasticy. This definitely had some heft to it. I set up the machine in a large walk-in closet that tends to feel oppressive. Living in Florida, I wasn't sure how effective it would be. Again, I was pleasantly surprised. You could feel a difference in the air within the first 15 minutes. This definitely exceed d my expectations!

Just so happen to need a dehumidifier badly the day it arrived. So we plugged it in and it has been working perfectly.

We live in Florida with a very high humidity level that can cause issues like mold etc… our master bedroom is one of the rooms where we have a lot of issues with high humidity and stuffy air. The control of the unit is easy and the best part you can co do it from your phone with the app. That's an awesome feature. The bucket is easy to empty and clean. The dehumidifier operates quietly and efficiently. I recommend this dehumidifier to anyone that struggles with high humidity!
