Midea 10,000 BTU (13,500 BTU ASHRAE) Smart Portable AC with Heat, App and Voice Control

Finally I have found the portable air conditioning I need for my new home. With 10,000 btu that kicks I can quite easily cool down a large room. I can't wait to use this on the enclosed patio this summertime. I like that the sound is tolerable and not too loud. On a cold night I tried the heating function and it ran smoothly and efficiently in my sitting area.

This smart portable air conditioner and heater can dehumidify, cool, and heat a room very efficiently. I love that it's not loud like some other portable air conditioners, heaters, and dehumidifiers can be. The best part is that you get all three in one. It's energy efficient, has a sleek design, and has smart capabilities so it can even be controlled through an app. It's great for smaller spaces!

I couldn't wait to get this set up the only dilemma was I had 3 different uses for it! Take to our hunting cabin that has no air system, put it I our greenhouse to keep out seedlings from frying or near our brooding baby chicks and ducks! The ease of use is amazing and I love that I can sync it to my phone! I wish it could power a larger space as our central air system has been bogged down even though it is the start of spring or summer so ultimately I brought it into our house and it had given our AC system a break on hotter days!

This is a must have!! Absolutely the best thing ever! We are coming into hurricane and storm season down here and Louisiana and this is a blessing! It's so easy to install so much easier than a regular window unit. The set up is done within minutes! No heavy lifting and easy to assemble! Best of all it's smart phone compatable!! There's 3 cooling and fan speeds. Comes with a remote! Easy to save in the box if you want to keep the box for storage.

I put this on my sunblock bc it would get so hot and cause the rest of the house to be warm. This cools off the whole porch even on the hottest days and helps keep the rest of the house cooled down. My cats love it as well bc now they go lay on the porch all day and don't overheat. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone needing a cooling device. The setup took some time but was absolutely worth it!!

Midea sent me this free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. This is my fourth unit of similar design, but this unit is far superior to the other brands I have used. This one has Wifi capabilities, a very easy to use remote, and a feature I absolutely love....a vent deflector that is completely adjustable. It also has a timer (and a heater I have not had a chance to use). This 10,000 btu unit cools down a 425 sq ft storage unit, converted into a shop, fast and efficiently (about 30 minutes for the entire area). It came with everything you need to vent this out a window or even a sliding glass door/roll-up bay door. There is a small drain hose that comes with the unit and connects where a larger waterhose connects. This unit does make a lot of water and does not have a water storage tank, so you must have a way to allow this to drain or it will flood the area where it is located. I have been using a small two gallon catch basin, which I drain every couple of days. A waterhose to the outside would eliminate this issue. There are multiple removable pieces to access the removable plastic filter screen which also allows access to the cooling fins, making them easy to clean...and you don't have to remove the entire case, which is a huge benefit! I would absolutely recommend this product.

This air conditioner has been a great add on to our house! It works perfectly. We decided to use it in our garage. Out was very easy to install. Easy to hook up to our WiFi and I love that it has a remote! We've been using it for a couple weeks now and everything is perfect. It doesn't leak or anything. We haven't used the heat feature yet because it's hot there in Kentucky but I can't wait until winter time. Extremely satisfied!

I got to try out this air conditioning and absolutely love it. We have a space that isn't able to have an actual air unit installed so this makes for the perfect addition. I can use the remote to turn it on and I can also turn it on with my phone a few minutes before we plan to use the space to make sure it gets cooled. This is a great feature. I also love that it does cool/heat so during winter and summer this unit could be used. It was simple to install and hookup and I also love the black color so it's pleasing to the eye. The size was also great with the 10000 btu. It was big enough to do the space I need to cool. With living in Florida, having air is essential.

I received this product in exchange for a review but I'd go out and buy it again if I needed to! The fact I can switch from heat to air in an instant is wonderful! The unit runs extremely cold or puts out nice heat if using that function. Very quiet machine, too. Would recommend this product for sure!

this is so useful, especially when in places that have no heater or condition. I don't think it's One of those things that is a necessity for everyone, but if you are constantly in a place that doesn't have a Circulated air conditioner or heater This is definitely a great investment.
