Use the convenient remote control to operate your AC from across the room and save time and energy by programming your unit for up to 24 hours of cooling. This model is designed for through-the-wall installation and will fit into most existing wall sleeves. Please note that this unit is not suitable for standard window installation.

Temperature fluctuations are awful
My old unit has a +/- 2° with a remote sensor. This one has a remote sensor but I'll set the unit to 74° and the remote will read 80° (Line of sight, I'm not stupid) and I'll be a sweaty annoyed mess. The follow me feature is bogus and that's just the start. God forbid I try to use the eco mode. It is loud and never shuts off!

DOES NOT COOL A 550 SQ ROOM OR LESS
I replaced my old clunker off brand name unit 10,000 BTU's that used to cool my house in a second but was very noisy. I bout this unit had it running full throttle all day yesterday. Came home and my house was not even kind of cool. Dog was panting! Have an e-mail into customer service hope they can help as it is not easy getting in due to the weight for me personally. Otherwise is easy to install.
