Midea 12,000 BTU ComfortSense Smart Window Air Conditioner

I had some trouble getting the air conditioner installed, due to it being on a 2nd floor window and not having a tall enough latter to install braces beneath it. This was not an issue with the product. Now that it's up and running I love it! My favorite feature is the ability to automate. Using the iOS app, IFTTT, I was able to set the A/C up to turn off when I leave the house and go to work. It then turns on when I'm getting close to home or at 5pm when I get off work so my home is cool when I get there. Awesome!!! This summer has been brutal. The A/C does a great job of keeping my house cool. Even at peak times when the outdoors are sweltering, the A/C has kept up. I have nothing but good things to say. I've already recommended it to several co-workers who've been amazed by the automation I've done. I even setup an automation when I was on vacation for a week to periodically turn on so the humidity would be kept in check while I was gone. It worked great. I can't say enough good things about the ComfortSense Smart A/C. Five Stars!!! Highly recommended!!!

It took me awhile to set up but once I got the hang of it it is amazing. I can just go to my app and adjust the air in the room. I have not tried to use the voice feature yet. It cools down my small room nicely.

I have been using the Midea America Midea 12,000 BTU ComfortSense Smart Window Air Conditioner for Three weeks and I am very happy with the addition to my Home. We have extremely hot days through the Summer and even through Fall and Spring have to often need to run some type of Air Conditioning. The Midea ComfortSense has kept my Home much cooler and very comfortable. I have received a Electric bill that is lower by $29 and that was with the unit installed for three weeks. The unit does come with remote that is very easy to use and can be controlled by your phone as well. Let's talk about installation. I did get my son in law to help me install the unit weight wise the added person was great. As far as actual installation, this was by far one of the easiest to install in the Window opening and came with all parts needed as far as holding the unit in the opening. One of the features that I enjoy is that the Air Conditioner is not loud which is a huge plus for me. You can have a conversation and hear the TV without having to be loud as the Air Conditioner runs smooth without being that disturbing loud. I also love that I can set a time, run on Energy saver or just let it run. I have full control of the Unit by Remote, My phone or physically walking over and changing any setting. I am very pleased to have this Unit as an addition and I will be buying a second unit for the back rooms of my home. The prices are incredible for the unit you receive. I really enjoyed setting up my new air conditioner because it was so easy to do so out of the box. 12,000 btu had my entire master bedroom and bathroom as cold as I preferred on the hot humid days. I love the the pleasant white noise like sound it makes while operating as well.

Wow! This is my first smart AC unit and it's been a gamechanger! I live in sunny Florida where it's always warm and it's able to keep my living room and dining room cool without turning the main AC system on. I had an AC unit before replacing it with this one but it was loud and didn't cool as much as this one. My house stays at a comfortable 67 degrees all day long, even at peak heat time!

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. I tested the product on some of the warmer Spring days in Houston, with temperatures at 77°-78° F. I wanted to be able to compare how quickly it cools on the hottest days compared to the unit I used before. It performed very well and has great cooling performance against Houston weather. And it isnt loud like some of the other units I've had. The best things about this unit is it is digital, smartphone compatible, and most conveniently it comes with a remote. The temp and modes are easy to toggle through and it's very simple adjusting the temperature to your liking. I would definitely buy this unit for my rental properties without central AC and I highly recommend it to others. The install was easy and quick without any problems. If you want a nice cool summer grab this unit and enjoy the clean breeze. There's no weird smells; just nice, fresh air.

This was fairly easy to install. My husband replaced an older model, same brand, with this one. So far, it's been great. We have not had any problems or issues with it. I love that it is programmable and has a remote. I have seen some mixed reviews about the noise but mine isn't very loud. It definitely can be heard but nothing that we can't tolerate. I am excited to see how it will be when summer gets here. I can already tell a huge difference.

This ac was super easy to install. Easy instructions! It comes with a remote control and you can even set it up to use on an app with Wi-Fi! The ac cooled an large area in just a few minutes. I love the energy saving mode too!

The Midea smart room ac unit has helped the battle within my household. I prefer a cold environment. The rest of my household prefers warm. Since installing the unit in my bedroom, I can control the temperature to my liking. No more throwing the cover off at night. I set the temperature just the way i like it, without making others uncomfortable. The sizing is perfect. Not too big and overwhelming. It was super easy to install. I honestly didn't need the instructions. There are a variety of settings and features. Which I can appreciate l. Especially the eco feature. Always want to save where i can. The soft noise makes it easy for me to hear my favorite series without being distracted. I also love that I can control the unit away from home with the smart app. I can prepare my bedroom for my arrival home. Or if the temperature drops while I am away, I can easily turn the temperature up. Last but not least, overall it works so well with my aesthetic. This actually brought value to my room I absolutely love it. 10/10 I recommend.
