I received this product extremely late, almost 2 months late however it is such a great AC. We have been having 95 F + weather in NY right now and this gets our huge living room and dining room cold in less than 10 mins and it is a huge area because there's no walls dividing it, not to mention we have stairs going up from the dining room, so there's a lot of open space. I love the remote and the comfort sense. And I've also added my google on it so it's very high tech and a lot of friends Inquired about the ac. I also love the energy usage so it def helps save up on some of the bills especially living in a weather that gets insanely hot!

We have build an addition to our house where we don't have ac. We got this window ac unit and added to the living room. It works very well, is not too loud, looks great, and does the job well. Definitely recommend it.

Gotta say, I'd never heard of Midea brand before but based on my experience with this window unit I can wholeheartedly recommend it as a dependable and quality brand. Installation was easy, since I replaced an old window unit with this one. It is rather heavy, about one hundred pounds, so it may take a couple of people to get it installed. The side panels slide out to help cover any extra space. All the whiz-bang features you could want in a modern technology product, including wi-fi control (via smartphone) and voice control (via Alexa or Google) and even an alert light to let me know when the filter needs cleaning. But my absolute favorite feature is the sensor remote that adjusts the cooling to accommodate a comfortable temperature level based on where the remote is located in the room. That's brilliant. So all I need is the remote and my recliner and I'm a happy camper.

This is the best air conditioner I had ever used! This keeps the room so nice and cool and I love it. I love that it works with my phone as well. It makes it super easy to use. It wasn't hard to put it the window either. It is def heavy and needs more then one person to install. I highly recommend this air conditioner. I love this brand so much and will be buying from them in the future!

We have a tiny house, and we already have a main floor in wall air conditioner that is 15,000 BTU. We...pretty much don't need that anymore. This thing cools like gangbusters! It's quiet too! And...it's Smart! It'll work with an app on Android or IOS, and you can control your AC Remotely! Plus, it works with Alexa!! There is power in technology! The power to come home to a cool house without busting up your electrical bill all day. Speaking of your bill, this is an energy efficient 230V Air conditioner. Buyers, read that again. You need a 230V outlet to connect this air conditioner properly and power it properly. Know what you are doing before you purchase! That said, absolutely worth the cost for us to have changed the outlet, this thing cools so well!! Plus! It registers temperature at the remote, almost like a roaming thermostat, so the real feel is where you are! You can also dehumidify! We love our new Midea Smart Window AC! A few other things to note. It's BIG. You need a full sized window / large opening. It's heavy! Bring a friend to help you install!
