The Arctic King 18,000 BTU window air conditioner has the power to cool rooms up to 1000 sq. ft. and is Wi-Fi enabled to work with your smart phone or with voice control using a Virtual Assistant device. It can also be controlled using the electronic controls with LED read out directly on the air conditioner or across the room with the compact remote control. The unit fits windows 23" to 36" wide that can open to 14" high with the quick and easy installation kit and offers 3 cooling and 3 fan speeds with 4-way air direction. The energy saver feature helps conserve power and a 24-hour timer will turn the unit on or off based on your schedule.

Great Value
First and foremost this is a 220 volt air conditioner! It will not run on a standard 110 volt outlet!! Hence the 220 volt style plug! Installation is pretty easy. You must remove the air conditioner chassis from the cabinet before you start the assembly of the air conditioner. To remove the front plastic grille there's screws hidden behind the air filter. The mounting screws for the top bar and side curtains screw in from the inside of the cabinet. The instructions are not very clear about that or the removal of the front plastic grille! Once you get the cabinet assembled and in the window the chassis slides into the cabinet. This is a two person job as the chassis is very heavy!! Then put the front grille back on, plug it in to your 220 volt outlet, and you'll be all set! As I'm writing this it's 90°F outside and 69°F inside of my house. This air conditioner cools my entire downstairs, which is about 588 square feet, no problem! The air conditioner is pretty quiet too. This is my second cooling season with my Arctic King and I'm very happy with it! I highly recommend this product!!
