More than just a competition, Midea Club Flash is a journey to honor the individuals behind service excellence. They are the dedicated technicians who, day by day, install Midea air conditioning products to bring comfort to millions of Vietnamese families.
The Preliminary Rounds were held across six regions nationwide, where hundreds of technicians engaged in dramatic head-to-head battles. From installation speed and technical precision to professional execution in every movement, all elements combined to create an electrifying and inspiring competitive atmosphere.
After the intense rounds at these six "Arenas of Speed," the 30 most outstanding technicians were officially named as the "Speed Warriors" to advance to the next stage. They gathered for the National Finals held in Ha Long, Quang Ninh. Here, these 30 experts competed to find the top 5 representatives—the fastest and most accurate air conditioning installers. These individuals now carry both the glory and the responsibility of representing Vietnamese technicians, ready to assert their position on the international stage.
