AFC WOMEN’S ASIAN CUP AUSTRALIA 2026 SALES PROMOTION

Thank you for your interest in the “Midea Australia - AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026 Sales Promotion. The Terms and Conditions of this sale promotion shall be exclusively governed by Australian Law unless expressly otherwise stated herein.

PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

“Midea AFC Women’s Asian Cup Australia 2026 Gift Card Promotion”

1. Promoter

The Promoter is:

2. Promotion Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on March 6, 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on June 30, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

Claims close at 11:59pm August 30, 2026

3. Eligible Entrants

The promotion is open to:

• Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Who purchase an Eligible Product (see clause 4) from a participating retailer during the Promotion Period.
• Employees of the Promoter and participating retailers (and their immediate families) are ineligible.

4. Eligible Products

To qualify, entrants must purchase one of the following products (“Eligible Products”): 

Only products purchased as new (not refurbished, ex-display, or seconds unless otherwise specified) are eligible.

Rental purchases, lay-by purchases (unless fully paid during Promotion Period), and commercial purchases are excluded unless otherwise specified.

5. Offer Details

Eligible customers who:

1. Purchase an Eligible Product during the Promotion Period; and

2. Successfully submit a valid claim in accordance with clause 6,

will receive:

• For purchases of eligible products between $149-$299.99
• 1 x $10 Visa e-Gift Card
• For purchases of eligible products between $300-$499.99
• 1 x $20 Visa e-Gift Card
• For purchases of eligible products over $500
• 1 x 50 Visa e-Gift Card
• Limit of 1 gift card per transaction
• Gift Cards are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
• For avoidance of doubt, the value of the gift card will be based on actual sales price at time of purchase and verified by an official receipt. If the actual purchase price is lower than the official recommended retail price, the purchase price will be used to determine the value of the e-Gift card applicable.

3. Redemption Process

To claim the Gift Card, eligible customers must:

1. Visit midea.com/au/news/afc-wac-giftcard-redemption-2026 

2. Complete the online claim form.

3. Upload:

• A copy of the purchase receipt from a participating retailer (clearly showing date, store, and Eligible Product model number).
• Product serial number.

4. Submit the claim by 11.59pm on June 30, 2026

Claims that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or submitted after the closing date will be deemed invalid.

Customers should retain their original receipt.

5. Gift Card Delivery

Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to the submitted claimant email address within 30 business days of a complete claim being made.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

• Lost, stolen or misdirected gift cards;
• Incorrect email or postal details provided by the claimant.

Gift Cards are subject to the issuing provider’s terms and conditions.

6. Participating Stores

The promotion is available at participating retailers in Australia.

The Promoter is not responsible for retailer stock availability.

7. Verification & Audit Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Verify the validity of claims and claimants;
• Request additional documentation;
• Disqualify any claimant who tampers with the claim process;
• Cancel or modify the promotion where fraud or technical failure occurs.

Failure to provide requested documentation may result in claim rejection.

8. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or applicable State or Territory legislation.

Eligible Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Consumers are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

9. Liability

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter:

• Excludes all liability for any loss or damage arising from participation in the promotion.
• Is not responsible for technical issues, lost claims, or retailer errors.
• Is not responsible for incorrect product pricing or representations made by retailers.
• Liability: The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage, including for any personal injury, except for liability which cannot be excluded by law (such as under the Australian Consumer Law).
• Privacy: Personal information will be used to run the promotion in accordance

10. Privacy

Midea Australia believes strongly in protecting the privacy of the personal data you share with us. We also believe it is important to inform you about how we will use your personal data. Therefore, we encourage you to read this Privacy Notice carefully. You should carefully review their terms and conditions, as they may differ from this Privacy Notice.

Upon confirmation of the redemption campaign, the Promoter may collect the basic contact information, including name, phone number, email address and home address, of participants. The Promoter may use, and you hereby consent to the Promoter using, your personal information for the following purposes:

• administer your participation in the consumer promotion; and
• dealing with your enquiries; and
• monitoring your compliance with these T&Cs; and
• perform (aggregate) market analysis and research to improve our business.

We will only share your personal information with the following third parties:

1. Authorised third-party agency and developer(s) responsible for this campaign;

2. Persons to whom we are required by law or a competent regulatory authority to provide your personal information.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

3. Amendment & Cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to:

• Amend these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspend or cancel the promotion if circumstances arise outside its control.

4. Permit Requirements

This promotion is a gift with purchase and is not a game of chance.

5. General

• Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms.
• All dates and times are AEST unless stated otherwise.
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
• If any provision is found invalid, the remainder of the Terms remain in force.
• By participating in the sales promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
• Only Australian residents may enter this Consumer Promotion.
• As a Condition to the Consumer promotion, a Participant must have a valid email address
