Mechanics:
1. Promo period is from November 1, 2026 to January 30, 2027.
2. The promotion is open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of purchase.
3. For electronic raffle registration , customers must completely fill out the online registration form by scanning the promo QR code located at participating Imperial Appliance Plaza & Abenson stores nationwide. Customers may also visit www.midea.com/ph to access the registration link and provide the following details:

• Receipt/Invoice Number:
• Date of Purchase:
• Clear Copy of Receipt/Invoice (Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, PDF; max file size 10MB; to be uploaded in the system)
• Total Amount Purchase: (Customer must keep a copy of the receipt for validation.)
4. Customers are entitled to join the raffle for every single receipt with a minimum purchase worth P 15,000 from participating Imperial Appliance Plaza & Abenson stores nationwide. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each entry corresponds to a separate qualified purchase. For the complete list of participating stores, please visit www.midea.com/ph .
5. Deadline for submission of entries is on January 30, 2026, at 10:00 PM.
6. Determination of winners will be held on February 5, 2027, at 2:00 PM at the Midea Showroom (KDC Plaza, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City) in the presence of a DTI representative.
7. Prizes and Coverage:
A. GRAND PRIZE: One (1) winner of a trip for two (2) to Barcelona, Spain with the following inclusions:
• Roundtrip economy class airfare for two (2) via Philippine Airlines (Manila -Barcelona, Spain -Manila), plus coverage for Visa application fees and related expenses.
• 4 days/3 nights at 4 -Star hotel accommodation with breakfast and transfers in a Twin/Double Rooms.
• Guided Tours & Meals: Daily guided tours with provided lunches and dinners:
• Day 1: Arrival, historic avenues, and iconic city landmarks including the Basílica de la Sagrada Família, Montjuïc, Palau Nacional, and the Barcelona Port & Beachfront Area.
• Day 2: Historic Old Town, Ancient City Walls, Onyar River Colorful Houses, Medieval Streets and Squares, and famous Game of Thrones filming locations.

B. MINOR PRIZES: Five (5) Winners of Midea Home Appliances. A total of five (5) winners will receive one (1) of the following Midea appliances:
• One (1) Winner: Midea 16.3 cu. ft. Side -by -Side Refrigerator (Charcoal Gray/Space Master Series) worth Php 34,795.00
• One (1) Winner: Midea Xpress Flame 2.0 4 -Gas Burner Cooking Range worth Php 22,495.00
• One (1) Winner: Midea 9kg Inverter Front Load Washer (Titanium Series) worth Php 29,995.00
• Two (2) Winners: Midea Cyan Gray Series Breakfast Set (1 unit each of 1.7L Electric Kettle, 2 - Slice Pop -Up Toaster, and 1.5L / 12 -Cup Coffee Maker) worth Php 4,595.00
• The prize is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt of the travel voucher.
• Transferability/Convertibility: The travel prize is non -convertible to cash but transferrable.
8. 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php10,000.00 will be shouldered by Concepcion Midea Inc.
9. Prizes are not convertible to cash but are transferable for one time use only.
10. Winners shall be notified via registered mail, email and SMS via Lighthouse Events Talents Consultants Inc. (+639177189497). Names of confirmed winners will also be posted on the official Facebook page of Midea Philippines upon validation & confirmation of all winners.
11. A customer can only win once. If the same name is drawn more than once, the winner shall only get the prize of higher value.

A. Grand Prize (Trip to Barcelona):
Grand Prize (Trip to Barcelona): Travel prize vouchers are claimable at the Midea Showroom (Makati City) for all Grand Prize winners.
For Provincial Winners: All necessary travel and transportation expenses incurred by the winner to claim the prize will be fully covered by Concepcion Midea Inc.
B. Minor Prizes (Home Appliances): Minor prizes will be delivered directly to the winner's validated home address free of charge. Concepcion Midea Inc. shall shoulder all delivery fees and shipping costs associated with prize distribution.
13. To claim the prize, winners must present the following:
• Original winning receipt/invoice
• Valid photo ID with signature
• Official notification letter/email received
14. If claiming through an authorized representative, the representative must present an authorization letter signed by the winner, the representative's valid ID, and the winner's valid ID and original receipt.
15. Prizes must be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of the registered mail notification. Unclaimed prizes after the 60 -day period shall be forfeited upon prior approval from DTI.
16. All employees of Concepcion Midea Inc., its partners and affiliates, advertising agencies and participating stores, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from joining this promotion.
