6) Deadline for submission of entries is on January 15 , 2026, at 10:00 PM.

7) Winners will be determined via electronic raffle draws in the presence of a DTI representative.

8) A participant can only win once throughout the promo. In case a participant is drawn for more than one prize, the prize

with the higher value will be awarded.

9) List of official winners will be announced on Midea Philippines’ Facebook page and will be notified via registered mail and

e-mail.

10) Winners of the Australia Trip for 2 (including flights, accommodation, meals, tour packages, and VISA processing) will be

contacted by Midea Philippines’ travel agency for the complete details of the trip.

11) In the event that the winner’s visa is disapproved, the winner can endorse other names who can travel (transferable) for

one time only.

12) Prizes for appliance winners will be delivered to their provided addresses within forty-five (45) working days from receipt

of the notification.

13) CMIP will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.00.

14) All employees of Midea Philippines, their partners and affiliates, their advertising agency including their relatives up to the

2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
