We offer a lifetime (12 years) guarantee against selected parts on selected models. If you purchased an eligible model, you must have registered your appliance within 30 days of purchase to activate this guarantee.
If you suspect your appliance has developed a fault with one of these parts and you are in warranty, we will arrange a repair visit free of charge for you under our manufacturer warranty. If you are out of warranty, you will be required to pay for the engineer visit, diagnosis and labour charges with one of our approved engineers. If during the visit, the engineer confirms that the fault is due to a defective part covered by this guarantee, Midea will cover the cost of supplying the replacement part. Any replacement parts not covered by this guarantee will be chargeable.
