· be purchased and paid for in full during the Purchase Period;

· be a genuine new Midea dishwasher intended for personal or household use; and

· be supported by a valid Australian tax invoice or purchase receipt;

Refurbished, second-hand, ex-display, clearance, display stock, trade, wholesale and commercial purchases are not eligible.

A purchase made through a marketplace, reseller or other third party will only qualify where the Claimant can provide satisfactory evidence that the product is a genuine Midea product supplied for the Australian market and otherwise complies with these Terms and Conditions.

6. How to Claim

To submit a Claim, an Eligible Claimant must, during the Claim Period:

· visit http://www.midea.com/au/news/bonus-finish-dishwashing-tablets-2026;

· complete the online Claim form with all information requested, including their name, contact details and Australian delivery address. The name provided must match the customer name shown on the proof of purchase;

· provide details of the Eligible Purchase, including the model and serial number of the Eligible Product;

· upload a legible copy of the applicable tax invoice or purchase receipt showing the retailer, purchase date and Eligible Product purchased;

· indicate acceptance of these Terms and Conditions; and

· submit the completed Claim form by 11:59pm AEDT on 28 February 2027.

The Promoter may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify a Claim, including proof of identity, proof of payment, retailer information, product model or serial number.

Claims are deemed received at the time they are received by the Promoter's system and not at the time of transmission by the Claimant.

7. Claim Limits

Subject to stock availability under clause 9: one (1) Bonus Bundle may be claimed for each Eligible Product purchased.

Each Eligible Product and corresponding proof of purchase may only be used once under the Promotion. Where an Eligible Claimant purchases more than one Eligible Product, the Claimant may submit a Claim for each Eligible Product, provided each Eligible Product independently satisfies these Terms and Conditions.

The submission of a Claim does not of itself guarantee entitlement to a Bonus Bundle. A Claim remains subject to verification and availability under these Terms and Conditions.

8. Bonus Gift

Each approved valid Claim will entitle the Eligible Claimant to receive: one (1) Bonus Bundle comprising two (2) packs of Finish Ultimate Plus Lemon 46 Pack dishwashing tablets (“Bonus Bundle”).

Each Bonus Bundle has a combined recommended retail price (RRP) of AUD116. RRP is a guide only and the actual retail price of these products varies between retailers and from time to time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any subsequent variation in the retail or market value of the Bonus Bundle.

The Bonus Bundle is 1) not transferable or exchangeable; 2) cannot be redeemed for cash, credit or any other product; and 3) is supplied for personal or household use.

9. Stock Availability

A maximum of 2,499 Bonus Bundles is available nationally under this Promotion, comprising the Promoter's available stock of 4,998 individual Finish Ultimate Plus packs.

Bonus Bundles are available while stocks last and will be allocated to the first 2,499 valid Claims received by the Promoter, subject to verification under clause 10.

Claims will be considered in the order in which they are received by the Promoter's system. An incomplete or invalid Claim does not reserve a Bonus Bundle. Once all 2,499 Bonus Bundles have been allocated to valid Claims, no further Bonus Bundles will be available and the Promoter may close the Claim form before the scheduled end of the Claim Period.

The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to update the Promotion landing page once all available Bonus Bundles have been allocated.

10. Verification & Audit Right

The Promoter may verify:

· the validity of any Claim;

· the identity and Australian residency of a Claimant;

· the authenticity of any proof of purchase;

· that the Eligible Product was purchased during the Purchase Period and paid for in full; and

· compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

The Promoter may request the original or a clearer copy of any tax invoice, receipt or other supporting document before approving a Claim. Where additional information is reasonably required, the Promoter may contact the Claimant using the contact information supplied in the Claim.

The Promoter may reject a Claim that is false, fraudulent, duplicated, incomplete, illegible, altered, submitted outside the Claim Period or otherwise fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions, provided that the Promoter acts reasonably and in accordance with applicable law.

11. Invalid or Incomplete Claims

If a Claim is incomplete or requires clarification, the Promoter may give the Claimant a reasonable opportunity to provide the missing or corrected information. Providing supplementary information does not give the Claimant priority over valid Claims already received and does not reserve stock while the Claim remains incomplete.

The Promoter is not responsible for a Claim that is late, lost, corrupted, incomplete or not received due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

Any deliberate attempt to submit duplicate Claims, use the same Eligible Product or proof of purchase for multiple Bonus Bundles, or otherwise manipulate the Claim process may result in rejection of all affected Claims.

12. Delivery

The Promoter will arrange standard delivery of each approved Bonus Bundle to the Claimant's nominated Australian delivery address at no additional charge.

The Claimant is responsible for ensuring that all delivery information submitted with the Claim is complete and accurate. The Promoter will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch the Bonus Bundle within thirty (30) business days after approval of the Claim.

The Promoter is not responsible for delay or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details supplied by the Claimant or circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

If a Bonus Bundle is returned to the Promoter because the delivery information supplied by the Claimant was incorrect or incomplete, the Promoter may require the Claimant to pay any reasonable re-delivery cost before re-dispatching the Bonus Bundle.

13. Return or Cancellation of Eligible Product

If an Eligible Product is returned and the Eligible Purchase is cancelled or refunded before the Bonus Bundle is dispatched, the Claimant will no longer be entitled to the Bonus Bundle and the Promoter may cancel the Claim.

This clause does not limit any rights or remedies available to the Claimant under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where an Eligible Product is replaced with another Eligible Product in the exercise of the Claimant's rights under the Australian Consumer Law, the Claimant will remain eligible for the Promotion, subject to providing reasonable evidence of the replacement if requested by the Promoter.

14. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or any applicable State or Territory legislation (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”).

The Promoter will provide an approved Bonus Bundle within the timeframe specified in these Terms and Conditions or, where circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control prevent that from occurring, will contact the affected Claimant regarding an appropriate alternative arrangement.

15. Liability

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability arising under the Non-Excludable Guarantees. Subject to the above, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control or from the Claimant’s misuse of a Bonus Bundle contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

The Promoter is not responsible for:

· a Claim that is not received due to a failure of the Claimant’s device or internet connection;

· delivery delay caused by circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control; or

· misuse of the Bonus Bundle contrary to the manufacturer’s instructions.

16. Third-Party Product

The Bonus Bundle comprises products manufactured by a third party and not by the Promoter. The Promoter supplies the Bonus Bundle to Eligible Claimants, and the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law apply to that supply.

The Bonus Bundle is a third-party product and is not manufactured by the Promoter.

Claimants should use the Bonus Bundle in accordance with the product packaging, warnings and manufacturer's instructions.

All third-party trade marks and product names remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Privacy

The Promoter may disclose personal information to its authorised agencies, contractors, service providers, logistics providers and related entities for the purposes of administering the Promotion. Where reasonably practicable, the Promoter will seek to limit overseas access to personal information. If personal information is accessed from or disclosed outside Australia, such access or disclosure will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), the Australian Privacy Principles and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy at midea.com/au/privacy-policy, which also explains how individuals may access or correct their personal information and how privacy complaints are handled.

18. General Conditions

• The Promoter’s decision concerning the administration of the Promotion and validity of Claims are final, subject to applicable law.

• Any usual internet or data costs incurred in accessing or submitting the online Claim form are the responsibility of the Claimant.

• The Promoter may reject any Claim involving fraud, manipulation, false information or conduct designed to obtain a benefit contrary to these Terms and Conditions.

• If circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control materially interfere with the Promotion, the Promoter may modify, suspend or terminate the Promotion to the extent reasonably necessary, provided that any rights already accrued by Claimants with approved valid Claims are not unfairly prejudiced and subject to applicable law.

• The Promoter will not make a material amendment to these Terms and Conditions after commencement where that amendment would unfairly prejudice consumers who have already made an Eligible Purchase in reliance on the Promotion.

• If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is invalid or unenforceable, it may be read down or severed without affecting the remaining provisions.

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Australia and are subject to any mandatory State or Territory laws applicable to a Claimant.
