Terms and Conditions for Participation
1. Purchase participating Midea products between November 1, 2026, and January 31, 2027, for a chance to win prizes with a total value of 1,302,590 THB, subject to the following conditions.
2. Participants must register for the campaign between 00:01 on November 1, 2026, and 23:59 on January 31, 2027, via the website https://www.midea.com/th-en. Participants are required to provide their full name, phone number, and purchase details, and upload a photo of a full-form tax invoice showing the purchase of participating Midea products from a participating retailer.
3. The full-form tax invoice must clearly state the participant’s full name, phone number, and national identification number, which must match the information provided during registration.
4. This campaign is open only to individual customers (natural persons). Tax invoices issued to legal entities, companies, or business establishments are not eligible for registration. This promotion is intended solely for personal use; purchases for commercial purposes or for resale are strictly prohibited. Any document that has been altered, crossed out, or modified will result in the immediate forfeiture of eligibility, without prior notice.
5. Please retain the original full-form tax invoice to verify your eligibility to claim a prize.
6. The company reserves the right to award only one prize per person, based on the highest-value prize won. 7. Please review the rules and conditions for participation before joining the activity.
Eligible Products
1. The company reserves the right to include only Midea-brand products—of any model—that are imported and distributed by Midea Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. This includes the following product categories: refrigerators, freezers, washing machines, washer-dryers, electric ovens, microwave ovens, induction cookers, multi-function electric cookers, rice cookers, electric kettles, air conditioners, water heaters, electric fans, air purifiers, and vacuum cleaners.
2. "Grade B" (factory-second/outlet) products and items sold through special project/commercial channels are not eligible for this promotion.
3. This offer applies exclusively to products purchased through authorized dealers participating in the promotion under Midea Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (For further details, please visit https://www.midea.com/th-en)
Lucky Draw and Announcement of Winners
1. The lucky draw will take place on February 8, 2027, from 08:30 to 10:30 hrs., at Wela Entertainment Co., Ltd., located at 88 Soi Ram Inthra 5, Yaek 7, Anusawari, Bang Khen, Bangkok.
2. The company reserves the right to include only those participants who have fully complied with the rules in the lucky draw. Entries that do not meet the requirements will be excluded.
3. The names of all eligible participants will be printed on individual slips of paper and placed into a transparent container. The slips will be thoroughly mixed, and an official from the Department of Provincial Administration will be invited to witness the draw. The names of the winners will be announced immediately so that all attendees are informed.
4. The list of winners will be announced on the website https://www.midea.com/th-en and the Midea (TH) Facebook page on February 8, 2027, at 15:00 hrs.

Prize Claim Conditions
1. To be eligible to receive a prize, the lucky winner must fully comply with all rules and conditions specified by the company.
2. Lucky winners must confirm their eligibility by providing their full name, telephone number, and a photograph of the full-form tax invoice (matching the transaction registered for the activity) via the Midea (TH) Facebook page inbox (direct message) no later than 12:00 PM on February 15, 2027. A company representative will then contact the winner by phone to provide further instructions on how to claim the prize. If the company does not receive confirmation, is unable to contact the winner, or if the required documentation is incomplete within the specified timeframe, the winner will be deemed to have forfeited their prize.
3. Prize winners are required to pay a 5% withholding tax based on the value of the prize and submit proof of payment (bank transfer slip) in order to claim the prize. (The company reserves the right to deduct a 5% withholding tax for any prize valued at 1,000 THB or more, in accordance with legal requirements.)
4. To claim the prize, winners must present their national ID card, the original full-form tax invoice, and the bank transfer slip for the 5% withholding tax. The submitted full-form tax invoice must clearly display the purchase details of the qualifying product(s) and must be free of any alterations, erasures, or markings. If the company discovers any act of fraud—or attempted fraud—by a participant, the company reserves the right to disqualify that individual and will pursue legal action to the fullest extent of the law. 5. If a winner is under 20 years of age on the date the list of winners is announced, they must provide written evidence of parental or guardian consent to accept the prize.
6. Prizes will be distributed at Midea Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd., located at 1799, 15th Floor, Ratchayothin Hill Building, Phahonyothin Road, Chatuchak Subdistrict, Chatuchak District, Bangkok 10900, and/or at designated Midea authorized dealer stores. Prizes must be claimed by February 28, 2027, following the submission of complete and accurate identity verification information by the winner and the subsequent completion of the company’s verification process. Winners are responsible for any shipping or delivery costs.
7. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, and the right to receive a prize is non-transferable. The company reserves the right to photograph winners; such photographs shall be the property of the company. The company further reserves the right to use the winners' names, surnames, and other details—including images and audio—for advertising, public relations, or any other business-related purposes, as the company deems appropriate, without requiring further permission or providing compensation.
8. The company reserves the right to withhold, cancel, revoke, or reclaim any prize, and to seek compensation for damages, in the event of any fraudulent, deceptive, or dishonest conduct, or any other actions taken to improperly obtain the right to participate in or claim a prize under this promotion.
9. The decision of the company’s committee shall be final. The decision shall be final. The Company reserves the right to change the prizes, details, or terms and conditions—or to make adjustments in the event of force majeure, product discontinuation, or a manufacturer’s inability to deliver—without prior notice.
10. Employees of Midea Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. ("the Company"), contract staff, sales personnel, distributors, employees of advertising or other agencies, and their family members—as well as any individuals involved in the organization of this activity—are not eligible to participate.
