IMPORTANT: Consumers who purchased a product from Midea Store or this website (the “Product’), agree to the terms of this Return/Refund Policy along with Midea’s Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
All requirements under this Return/Refund Policy must be followed in order to be granted a refund.
Refund Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us to return your product within thirty (30) days of receipt of shipment. Original shipping costs (if any) will be deducted from any refund amount except in the case of Defective Product.

Products that have been used, altered, or have physical damage, are not suitable for resale and will not be accepted for a refund.
Any return requests exceeding 30 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Once your refund request is authorized, you will receive your refund via the original form of payment.
Original shipping costs will be deducted from any refund amount except in the case of Defective Product.
Typically, it takes 2 business days for the refund to be processed after your returned product is received and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.
Damaged or Defective Products
