Welcome to the official Midea India Contest conducted via our verified Facebook and Instagram pages under the Meta platform.
By participating in any Midea India contest (“Contest”), you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”):
1. Contest Organizer
The Contest is organized by Midea India Pvt. Ltd. (“Midea India”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
2. Eligibility
The contest is open to Indian citizens above the age of 18 years.
Employees of Midea India, its affiliates, partners, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Participation is voluntary and no purchase is required.
3. Participation Guidelines
Each contest will specify unique rules for entry (e.g., comment-based, tagging friends, sharing posts, etc.).
Participants must follow the official Midea India Instagram and Facebook page.
Use of the contest-specific hashtag (if mentioned) is mandatory for a valid entry.
Only entries submitted within the announced contest period will be considered.
Multiple entries from the same account are permitted unless stated otherwise, but a participant can win only once per contest.
4. Winner Selection
Winners will be selected based on criteria such as creativity, relevance, or random selection (as specified).
The decision made by Midea India or its authorized representatives will be final and binding.
Winners will be announced on Midea India’s official Facebook or Instagram handle and/or contacted via Direct Message.
Winners must respond with the required contact details and valid ID proof within 7 days of being contacted.
5. Prize Policy
The type of gift/prize is at the sole discretion of Midea India.
We reserve the right to change, substitute, or withdraw any gift or modify the prize mentioned in the contest post without prior notice or justification.
Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form.
All applicable taxes, including income tax or gift tax, are the responsibility of the winner.
6. Privacy Notice
By participating, you agree to allow Midea India to collect and process your personal data (including but not limited to name, contact information, and photo) strictly for contest administration.
Your information will be stored securely and only for as long as necessary for the contest purpose.
Midea India does not sell or share your data with third parties, except for its affiliates and partners as needed to fulfill contest obligations.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by unfollowing/unsubscribing from our official pages.
7. Content Use & Intellectual Property
By submitting any content (text, image, video), you:
Confirm it is your original work and does not infringe third-party rights.
Grant Midea India the right to use, share, and repost your content on our social channels, website, or marketing campaigns without further permission or compensation.
8. Disqualification Criteria
Midea India reserves the right to disqualify any participant if:
Entries are incomplete, plagiarized, or offensive.
Multiple accounts or fake identities are used.
Unfair means (bots/scripts) are used to gain an advantage.
The participant violates platform rules or these T&Cs.
9. Limitation of Liability
Midea India, its affiliates, partners, and agents are not responsible for:
Technical errors, delays, or platform malfunctions.
Lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries.
Damages or issues related to the gift or its usage.
10. General Conditions
Midea India reserves the right to amend, cancel, or suspend the contest or these T&Cs at any time without notice.
All decisions made by Midea India in connection with the contest shall be final and not subject to dispute.
The contest shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and courts at Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
