Fill in the information as online warranty register requested, once successed you will receive an auto-reply email.

What does the extra three months warranty covered for online warranty register?

The extra three months warranty cover the spare parts, labourand transportation.

Where can I found the serial no?

The serial no is pasted on the carton box and also behind/side of the product (22 characters)

Do I need to mail out the warranty card?

No, we recommend that you do online warranty registration.

There is no dealer stamp on the warranty card

No worry, dealer stamp is not required. Please keep the original invoice for verification purposes.

What if I lost the warranty card/ invoice?

Midea will have your record if you have done online warranty registration. You can also contact dealer to check your purchase information.

What does extend warranty cover?

Midea only provide standard warranty. Extend warranty is covered by your dealer, please contact dealer directly to check EW policy.
