Just installed this 2 days ago in my home in upstate NY; need to monitor humidity remotely. Seems to dehumidify very quickly. Faster than our prior Model (HiSense). App was easy to install and run remotely. Needs 2.4 GHZ network (as do most IOT devices I think). So far super happy. It's a heavy device. I use continuous flow mode - gravity feeds down. I haven't used the Pump. I like the height of the unit - it goes above the large bucket, so the gravity feed from the dehumidifier (atop the bucket) seems to prevent any possible water backup into the device. I don't intend to store this in a nested state, but I admit it gets super compact when you do so. The true test will be when I lose power / internet connectivity, will it reconnect easily. Hope it does. Kudos on the unique design.
Review by Tech Crazy Reviewer 26/08/2023Great product. Heavy duty. Very well made. App is easy to use.
Review by Taco salad 03/03/2023the device offers a bucketless mode (gravity drain directly into floor drain or other below level of dehumidifier) and this model has a pump so you can drain upwards (max head of 14 ft per manual). BUT the pump feature is actually (1) drain into bucket (2) pump out of bucket, so there will be stagnant water in bucket. This is not explained in the marketing or on the box, one might reasonably expect that the pump operates in bucketless mode (no stagnant water). I haven't had the unit long enough to assess reliability. I like the form factor but disappointed in implementation of pump feature.
Review by MechE 30/04/2022Worked for 2 years and now it's no longer lowering the humidity in the room. Great concept but I figured I'd get more years out of it than I did.
Review by Bob 07/08/2023I bought it over a year ago and it worked great then. It stopped collecting water two months ago. The fans runs and the compressor runs, but it does not collect water and reduce humidity. There is no error message or any indication it is not working. It now becomes a cute cube fan.
Review by unhappy customer 24/08/2023Unit removes a lot of moisture fast. Owners manual is hard to understand. Controls do not work as advertised. Mobile App is worthless.
