Review by LJT 02/07/2022I love how quiet the a/c is, but confused how the comfort sense remote works.
Review by Tita 24/06/2022I've had it almost 6 months but went to clean the filter out and it's stuck and will only come out half way
Review by LaDonna Watson 26/09/2021What I also find is that the support for the unit, I find is that there is some dumb girl that offers support for this unit. That has no Ideal what she's talking about! She talk like this 'like totally awesome dude'! The problem there is no drain on this unit for the water to drain that's just nuts! it doesn't take much to have a drain plug on the unit when they build them give me a break!
Review by Steven 09/06/2021Great price for this powerful great little unit. Cools the whole bedroom perfectly. Remote control make sit even better.
Review by Dermot 22/05/2021I've been using this unit for about a week now. It's not bad, and for the small room that I need to cool, it works okay. My two complaints are that the design of this unit is based on you having wooden or vinyl windows. Our house has metal windows, and the design does not work well with that. Ultimately I ended up building a wooden frame inside of our metal windows. Still, if I had to do it again, I would probably look for a unit designed to work with the metal frame. My second complaint is that the accordion sides do not fit very tightly in the expandable frame. So we have gotten rain splattering into the room from the lower part of the frame. We've had units like this before, and the bottoms and tops seem to be more tightly fitting, and they seem to keep out moisture and tiny bugs better. If we decide to permanently keep this unit, we will end up caulking the bottom and tops of these wings. We have not had sweltering days yet, but it seems to cool the room. The maximum I've seen our unit go up to is around 410 W. In the auto/auto settings, we seem to be hovering between 60 W and 120 W. However, when it kicks down into the high fan speed with the compressor on, you will see an occasional 350 to 400 W. With some more fiddling, I can better tune the system, but this seems to be a more efficient unit than our much older window A/C.
Review by Tex Travis 11/05/2021This is such a great product. It's compact it's quiet and it works really well to cool you down. It's a little bit easier to use than a portable air-conditioning unit and we have no air in our house but this did make a difference
Review by Angelica 01/04/2021I received this unit 2 weeks ago and it's quite powerful for its size. It's small, yet mighty. The variety of settings allows it to be enjoyed at night when a fan won't cut it. Because it's not quite hot outside yet, I primary enjoy it in the evening. Last week, Los Angeles experienced a little heat wave, so it was able to show off its full potential.
