Midea Arctic King 50 Pint Dehumidifier with Pump

I got this for our crawlspace in our new to us home. After moving in we noticed a small smell in our sunroom. After cleaning and having the crawlspace wrapped the smell was still " moist"! We put the de humidfier under the sun room and within a few hours the smell is perfect!

I have been using the Arctic king 50 pint dehumidifier for a little over a month and I'm so satisfied with it. I have got to use in many different occasions. My bathroom recently had a leak and this dehumidifier worked perfectly, I also used after I shampooed my carpet, and I got it dried in no time. It has been saving me from a lot of damage. The best part, is the dehumidifier has wheels for easy usage. It has a pump for steady use or it will fill into the tank. I love how it will automatically shut off when full. I'm very happy with the settings on this as well like, comfort setting, pump setting, timer, turbo setting and continued use settings. The tank is so easy to pull out and dump and easily to replace. In the time of almost 2 months, the dehumidifier has been a blessing and I have had NO problems at all. It has really been a life saver. Oh and most of all it's fairly quiet!

This is dehumidifier is impressive. It has everything and more that you would expect it to have. Options for setting the humidity level, a filter sensor, option for a pump to move water up or just to drain out and even a defrost setting. Has a nice sleek look to it sure to compliment any room. Removes plenty of water and keeps rooms very dry and scent free. And on top of it all it is quiet. Packaged well and securely. This is a quality product.

We love this dehumidifier! It feels very sturdy and looks sleek. There are different settings on it so if you want to empty out the full bin yourself, you can do that. Otherwise, there is a hose you can use to have it drain when the bin gets full. It does a great job at keeping up with our wet basement and keeps the air very dry. The machine itself is also very quiet. Our old one used to make a lot of noise when it ran so we were happy about this. Easy to set up and easy to read instructions. Definitely recommended to those that need a quality dehumidifier!

This dehumidifier works well in my basement before my basement was really musty and have a lot of moisture but whithin hours of plugging this unit in it took the moisture out of my basement and the musty smell has subsided some. I love that this unit does have the built in pump feature in it I do not have to worry about emptying the water tank it pumps out on it own which is really awesome. The dehumidifier is pretty light and the cord is a good length also the hose that plug into the back of the unit to use the pump feature is also a good length. The unit itself is easy to use and all the control panel is nicely labeled as to what each button does on the unit.

I love Arctic King 50 Pint Dehumidifier with Pump . Works wonderful for our basement. Easy to use and best part is no more mild dew smell. I like that it works automatically and digital readout lets you know humidity level in the room. Highly recommend it.

I got this for my basement, we have been having foundation issues that have kept the basement very damp, not to mention that we have had a lot of rain lately. I've had smaller ones in the past that didn't have the pump feature on it and inevitably it would fill up in no time and then shut off and essentially was point less. With the pump feature on this unit you can leave it run and not worry about having to empty the reservoir. It took a couple of days for us to be able to tell a difference but now it completely has the humidity in the basement under control. We think that it has also helped in controlling the temperature in the rest of the house.

Having this dehumidifier in just a small amount of time has already done wonders for my new home and I'm so thankful and relieved at the same time. We bought a home that had some humidity in the crawlspace. Floor was replaced, French drain system and pump was installed. But humidity levels were still high. Damages was fixed but the issue still persists. Professionals told us we needed ventilation, which we did and didn't work. We added the crawlspace fan. Still having a problem and then added circulation. Still having a problem. We didn't want to add a dehumidifier from the start and my husband really frowned upon it. He didn't want to have to go down there to empty the bucket. Since this one didn't have a bucket we got all excited about it. It has a hose and a pump on it to pump the water straight out. We placed the hose right in to the French drain system. It can also pump upwards if you want pump it in your sink. After just running this device for one day I was completely satisfied. When it was placed in service, humidity was at 80 percent and the artic app cat brought it to 64 in just one day. After a week we finally have it at the level we need. It feels so different in the crawlspace now. It's unbelievable. I didn't think I'd ever find something. The next thing I was worried about was how much electric will it use and how hard will it hurt my wallet. However, it's actually an energy saving device and energy star. It won't use up a lot of energy like they used to would. And it is designed to kick off and not run when it doesn't need to. So when you sent it, it won't go any lower and only runs when it needs. Now it also will reset one the event the power turns off. So it has some great creatures to it. A nice display screen and its built really well to. Very nice and durable. Also has a 1.6 gallon bucket if the drain system isn't an option. Has rollers on the bottom if you need to move it. The filter is washable and doesn't have to be replaced. Bottom line I'm very satisfied, this product has gave me such a huge relief and my husband to. It works just as described and has solved our humidity problems.
