1. When does the Campaign End?
The Midea! Smart Living Campaign 25/26 starts on 15 December 2025 at 00:00 and ends on 31 March 2026 at 23:59.

2. Who is eligible to participate in this campaign?
This promotion is open to all Malaysians only who are over 18 years of age except directors, officers and employees (and the immediate families of such persons) of the Promoter, authorized dealers, its agencies and companies associated with this Promotion.

3. How do I participate in this campaign?
a. Tier 1: Purchase the selected Midea models at any Midea Authorized Dealers (online or offline) during the campaign period.

b. Tier 2: Simple spend RM128 or more on any Midea products in a single receipt at any Midea Authorized Dealers (online or retail) during the campaign period.

c. Submit your form here.

d. The Touch n Go Rebate for selected models will be credited to participants' ewallet within 90 working days after approval.

e. The monthly selections for monthly winners will be selected every 15th of the month.

All submissions must be done by 31 March 2026 at 23:59 to be entitled for campaign.

4. What should I do if I did not receive my monthly prize?
a. Please ensure that you have submitted all the required documents (Invoice, Warranty Card/Serial Number) within the stipulated campaign period and must be in full, not damaged or tampered.

b. Make sure that the delivery address submitted in the form is correctly filled in and is a valid delivery address. If the delivery address is incorrect, Midea Scott & English Electronics Sdn Bhd (MSEE) reserves the right to withold the gift with purchase. In such cases, no reimbursement or alternative arrangements will be provided.

5. What if I did not receive my Touch n Go Rebate for the selected models that I have purchased?

a. Please ensure that you have submitted all the required documents (Invoice, Warranty Card/Serial Number) within the stipulated campaign period and must be in full, not damaged or tampered.

b. Please ensure your Touch n Go eWallet is eligible and valid to receive the rebate.

6. Will I still be able to receive my rewards if I miss the campaign deadline?
Any submission past the campaign period will not be entertained. No reward will be granted past the deadline.

7. How do I ensure that my submission is eligible?
1. Include Invoice/Receipt and Warranty Card – Your submission must include both a clear photo of your invoice/receipt and the filled-out warranty card placed side by side.

2. Avoid Duplicate Submissions – If the invoice or product serial number has already been submitted by someone else, your submission may be rejected. Submissions are processed on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to the earliest complete submission.

3. Provide the Correct Product Serial Number – Ensure that the product serial number is accurate and included in your submission. The serial number is usually found on the machine or product box or warranty card. If incorrect or missing, resubmit with the correct serial number.

8. Why have I not received the rewards for my submission?
There are several possible reasons why you have not received your gift with purchase:

a. The product you purchased may not be eligible for the gift with purchase redemption. Please check the campaign leaflet and terms & conditions for details.

b. Your submission may have been rejected due to incomplete or invalid proof of purchase based on our terms and conditions.

c. The mobile phone number and delivery address provided may be incorrect, invalid, or not available for delivery.

d. Your delivery address and mobile phone number do not tally for delivery.

e. Your submission may not have been received. Please ensure that you have submitted your entry through the redemption form on the campaign page. (https://www.midea.com/my/midea-smart-living-campaign).

  • f. There may be unforeseen delays in processing submissions.

  • g. Any submissions that violate our terms and conditions may be rejected at our discretion.

    9. Why did I receive a different prize even I have won the monthly prize?

    Prizes are offered on a first come, first served basis and while stocks last. In the event the originally advertised gift is no longer available, Midea Scott & English Electronics Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to substitute it with a gift of similar value and function without prior notice. All gifts are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.

    Each invoice or serial number can only be submitted once, and Midea reserves the right to disqualify any submission that violates the campaign terms. Personal data submitted will be used solely for the purposes of this campaign.
