Midea Malaysia’s Midea Club Flash Installation Tournament (MCFIT) 2026 Semi-Final Selects Top 5 Finalists to Represent Malaysia

Kuala Lumpur, 16 August 2026 — Midea Malaysia successfully held the Semi-Final of the Midea Club Flash Installation Tournament (MCFIT) 2026 at Vivatel Kuala Lumpur Hotel, following the official kick-off on 2 August 2026, which marked the beginning of the selection process for this year’s competition.

As a regional ASEAN competition, MCFIT brings together air conditioner installation experts to compete in both speed and precision, showcasing their professionalism and technical excellence. The tournament is held concurrently across four ASEAN countries — Thailand, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Vietnam — fostering regional engagement and celebrating installation excellence across Southeast Asia.

This year, the competition was conducted across three key regions — Sarawak, Sabah, and Kuala Lumpur — where participants competed for a place in the Semi-Final stage. Following a rigorous evaluation based on technical skills, speed, and overall performance, a total of 36 outstanding installers were shortlisted to advance.

The Semi-Final brought together these top installers in a high-intensity installation challenge that tested both precision and efficiency. Demonstrating remarkable expertise and professionalism, participants showcased their capabilities in real-time installation scenarios.

At the end of the competition, the five fastest and most skilled installers emerged as finalists, securing their place in the Grand Final. These top five finalists will go on to represent Malaysia on an international stage in Foshan, China, competing alongside top installers from other participating countries.
