Logistics Coordinator Intern

The logistics coordinator will be responsible for the timely & efficient planning of inbound and outbound freight to meet our customer needs. The successful candidate will mitigate risk & maximize value through cost reduction, avoidance evaluations, engagement & coordination with customers and carriers.

• Send ASN’s to customers for inbound shipments
• Ensure all shipping documents are received on time from Overseas logistics team & Shipping line.
• Audit shipping documents to ensure data is correct.
• Conver shipping documents sent by overseas logistics team for inbound shipments to local template.
• Share shipping documents on time to carriers & customs broker.
• Manage multiple reports (open order, aging, etc.)
• Process carrier invoices
• Maintain POD filing.
• Any additional tasks assigned by management.

• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Takes initiative & has a strong sense of urgency.
• Technical skills (experience with all Microsoft Office Platforms)
