Terms and Conditions of Midea Parent’s Day Campaign

The “Parent’s Day” (the “Campaign”) is organized by Midea Scott & English Electronics Sdn Bhd (“Midea”). By participating in this Campaign, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

1.     Campaign Period

The Campaign will commence on 8 May 2026, 00:00AM (GMT+8) Malaysia Time, and end on 21 June 2026, 11:59PM (GMT+8) Malaysia Time.

2.     The Campaign Mechanics are as follows:

a)     Participants who purchase any model from the Midea Insta-Fit Series at Midea Brand Stores during the Campaign Period shall be entitled to receive

· ONE (1) unit of All-In-One Microwave Oven (MMO-25XHA) valued at RM2,299 as a Gift with Purchase; and

· ONE (1) entry for a chance to win one (1) unit of Ogawa Smart Galaxia Massage Chair valued at RM6,799.

b)    Participants who qualify under Clause 2(a) must scan the QR code  (URL: midea.com/my/parents-day) to complete the submission form to submit their entry. Failure to complete the submission form within the stipulated timeframe will be deemed a forfeiture, and the participant will no longer be eligible for the Campaign.

c)     Participation in the Campaign shall only be valid if the purchase of the Midea Insta-Fit Series product is made within the Campaign Period and the submission is completed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any participation that does not fulfil these requirements shall be deemed invalid and will not be entertained.

3.     Eligibility criteria are as follows:

a)     Open only to Malaysian residents aged 18 years and above.

b)    Only original receipts with clearly printed product model, transaction amounts, date, and outlet name will be accepted for the redemption.

c)     Participants must provide valid information, including a product model, valid name, email address, mobile number, and a Malaysian shipping address.

d)    Each participant is entitled to submit multiple entries throughout the Campaign Period, subject to meeting the Campaign requirements for each participation.

e)     Employees and agents of Midea, their respective families, households or anyone professionally connected with this Campaign (in Midea's opinion), are not eligible to enter this Campaign.

4.    Submission Process

Participant(s) shall complete the following steps:

a)     Purchase any Midea Insta-Fit Series model at Midea Brand Stores within the Campaign Period;

b)    Scan the designated QR code (URL: midea.com/my/parents-day) to register the purchase; and

c)     Upon successful submission:
i. participants shall be eligible to receive the Gift with Purchase; and
ii. participants shall be automatically entered into the lucky draw for a chance to win the prize.

*Midea reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to accept late submissions up to 29 June 2026.

5.     Redemption

a)     Entitlement to the Gift with Purchase is subject to verification by Midea. Participants may be required to provide proof of submission, the original purchase receipt, and any other supporting documentation as requested by Midea for verification purposes.

b)    Prize winner shall be selected by Midea on or before 10 July 2026 through a random selection process.

c)     Eligible participants and prize winner shall be notified via email and may be required to provide accurate and complete information for the purpose of delivery arrangement, where applicable.

d)    The Gift with Purchase and the prize shall be delivered within sixty (60) working days from the date of successful verification or confirmation of the winner, as applicable, and receipt of complete and accurate information.

5.1 Prize: Ogawa Smart Galaxia Massage Chair

a)     Midea shall select the winner on or before 10 July 2026.

b)    The winner shall be notified via email and may be required to provide accurate and complete information for the purpose of delivery arrangement, where applicable.

c)     The prize shall be delivered within sixty (60) working days from the date the winner has provided complete and accurate information as required by Midea for delivery arrangement.

6.     General Provisions for Gift(s) and Prize

a)     Non-Transferability: All Gift(s) with Purchase and Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other items. Midea reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to substitute any prize with another item of equivalent value without prior notice.

b)    Availability: All Gift(s) with Purchase are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are subject to stock availability, while stocks last.

c)     Participant’s Responsibility: Midea shall not be held responsible for any delays, failures, or unsuccessful fulfilment arising from incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid information provided by participants.

d)     Delivery & Collection: rizes will be delivered free of charge. However, [V4] if there is any failed delivery, Midea holds the right to request for second delivery charges fee from the winner.

e)     Forfeiture: Failure to comply with the submission requirements or to provide valid supporting documentation upon request may result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of any entitlement to the Gift with Purchase or prize.

f)     Timeline Flexibility: The distribution timeline is subject to change based on stock availability and unforeseen circumstances. While Midea will make every effort to adhere to specified timelines, winner acknowledges that delays may occur.

7.     General

a)     Midea reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, or whose entry and/or results Midea believes have been manipulated in any way, or who otherwise interferes with the Campaign or does not adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

b)    In the event of any dispute arising from the Campaign or relating to the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Midea shall be final and binding on all parties. No correspondence, appeal or further claims will be entertained.

c)     By participating in the Campaign, the participant is deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and any other instructions, terms, and conditions that Midea may issue from time to time.

d)    Participants who qualify for prizes will only be confirmed as winner upon verification of the validity of their entries. Midea reserves the right to check the validity of any participation. Entries failing to comply with the Terms and Conditions herein will not be accepted.

e)     Midea reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the Campaign and to amend or change these Terms and Conditions at any time for whatever reason and without giving prior notice to the participants. The decision of Midea on all matters relating to or in connection with the Campaign is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.

f)     A participant shall fully indemnify and hold Midea harmless from and against any loss, damage, cost, liability, or expense (including legal fees), whether direct or indirect, which Midea incurs in respect of, in connection with, and/or arising from the participant’s breach of these Terms and Conditions.

g)    All pictures and /or images of the Eligible Product(s) and the Eligible Gift(s) found in any advertising and marketing material are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual products.

h)    In the event of any inconsistencies or discrepancies between these Terms and Conditions and the contents of any brochure, marketing and/or promotional materials relating to the Campaign, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

i)      In the event of inconsistency or discrepancy between the English version and other versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

j)      The Campaign Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. The Courts of Malaysia shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, including the validity and enforceability thereof.

k)    By participating in the Campaign, each participant agrees to communicating with Midea electronically. By doing so, each participant agrees to receive communications from Midea electronically. Midea will communicate by electronic mail to the electronic mail address provided by the participant and/or posting notices on the Campaign website. Each participant consents to receiving electronically all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that Midea provides in relation to the Campaign.

l)      Each participant agrees that he/she may be required by Midea to take part in marketing, promotional and/or publicity exercises with respect to the Campaign, and may be requested by Midea to grant to Midea such consents and waivers in respect of Midea’s use and/or disclosure of his/her name, voice, photograph, likeness or other personal identifiable information in any media (including such personal identifiable information contained in any promotional photographs and/or audio/video recordings taken in respect of the Campaign), for the promotion and publicity of this campaign, Midea brand and/or Midea products. Each participant agrees that he/she is free to decline to participate or to provide such consents and waivers; however, in such an event then the participant may be disqualified from participating in the Campaign.

m)   Except where expressly provided herein, each participant shall bear his/her own costs and expenses incurred and/or arising from his/her participation in the Campaign, and no reimbursement may be sought from Midea.

n)    The Campaign will be conducted under the supervision of Midea, and Midea reserves the right to make any final decision regarding the campaign process and prize distribution.

o)    By participating in this Campaign, the participants agree and acknowledge that Midea may collect, use and process and/or disclose (including third party overseas and those located outside Malaysia) participants’ personal information in order to conduct this Campaign, and in accordance with the Midea Privacy Policy (midea.com/my/privacy-policy). Each participant consents to such collection, use, processing and disclosure of his/her personal information and represents and warrants that all information provided is true and accurate in all respects. Validity of enrollment is conditional on providing this information. Each participant agrees that Midea may, for a reasonable period of time, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or making phone calls to the participant(s).
