Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Score Big, Get Rewarded Promotion (the "Promotion") organised by Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd. ("Midea Singapore"). The Promotion provides eligible customers with Grocery Vouchers and corresponding AFC Asian Cup exclusive gifts based on qualifying purchases of Midea refrigerators, washing machines and dryers. Customers who purchase selected Midea washer and dryer combinations may also qualify for an additional bundle promotional gift.

By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is provided in addition to Midea Singapore's standard warranty terms and does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Singapore laws.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid in Singapore from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). The purchase date shown on the valid tax invoice or order confirmation will determine eligibility.

Promotion Period: 1st October 2026 – 31st December 2026

Redemption Period: 1st October 2026 – 26th February 2027 (Grocery Vouchers)

Redemption Period: 9th November 2026 – 26th February 2027 (AFC Exclusive Gifts)

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above who purchase eligible products for personal domestic use from an authorised Midea retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

Employees of Midea Singapore, its distributors, participating retailers and advertising or promotional agencies, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Purchases made for resale, trade, commercial use or other non-domestic purposes are not eligible. Midea Singapore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and claim.

3. Eligible Products and Sales Channels

The Grocery Voucher Promotion applies to qualifying Midea refrigerators, washing machines and dryers purchased from authorised Midea retailers in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

Residential air-conditioning products, small domestic appliances, and any other non-participating products are excluded from the Grocery Voucher Promotion.

Products purchased outside the Promotion Period or from unauthorised sellers, overseas retailers, parallel importers or non-participating channels are not eligible.

4. Grocery Voucher Promotion

An eligible customer who purchases one or more qualifying Midea refrigerators, washing machines or dryers during the Promotion Period may receive a Grocery Voucher and the corresponding AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift based on the combined qualifying purchase value shown below.

Note: Collection of AFC Asian Cup Exclusive Gifts begins on 9 November 2026 and is subject to availability.

The following conditions apply to the Grocery Voucher Promotion:

•  The voucher tiers are not cumulative. Only the highest applicable voucher value will be awarded for each approved claim.

•  Eligible purchases across any combination of Midea refrigerators, washing machines and dryers may be combined to meet the applicable spending tier.

•  Multiple invoices issued on different dates may be combined, provided that every purchase was made during the Promotion Period, all invoices were issued by the same authorised Midea dealer, all purchases comply with these Terms and Conditions, and all invoices show the same customer name and installation or delivery address.

•  Invoices issued by different dealers or for purchases made outside the Promotion Period cannot be combined.

•  Each invoice may be used for one claim only and cannot be reused or included in another claim.

•  Delivery fees, installation charges, extended warranty fees, accessories, service charges and non-participating products are excluded.

•  Each approved spending tier includes the corresponding AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift. 

5. Midea Washer and Dryer Bundle Promotion

An eligible customer who purchases one selected Midea washing machine together with one selected Midea dryer from the same authorised retailer at the same time may choose one promotional gift: a Midea Cordless Stick Vacuum (MVC-V18P) or a Midea Air Purifier (MAP250GUBPWH), subject to availability.

The selected models are as follows:

Each qualifying washer and dryer set is entitled to one promotional gift. The qualifying products must be purchased by the same customer, at the same time and from the same authorised Midea retailer. A valid tax invoice and customer order showing both products must be provided.

The bundle promotional gift is an additional benefit. A qualifying washer and dryer bundle may also be counted towards the Grocery Voucher spending tiers, provided that all applicable requirements are met.

The bundle promotional gift will be processed as a separate order and delivered by Midea Singapore to the same installation or delivery address together with the qualifying purchased products. No collection from the Midea Redemption Centre is required. Delivery arrangements are subject to successful verification, stock availability and any reasonable scheduling requirements communicated by Midea Singapore.

6. Redemption Details

The redemption period for Grocery Vouchers is from 1 October 2026 to 26 February 2027 while the corresponding AFC Asian Cup exclusive gifts is from 9 November 2026 to 26 February 2027, both dates inclusive (the "Redemption Period"). All purchases included in a claim must have been made during the Promotion Period. Submission of a claim does not constitute automatic approval.

7. Grocery Voucher Collection

Approved Grocery Vouchers must be collected in person from the Midea Redemption Centre during the Redemption Period. Grocery Vouchers will not be delivered with the purchased products.

8. AFC Asian Cup Exclusive Gift Collection

Each approved Grocery Voucher tier includes the corresponding AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift. Collection of the AFC Asian Cup exclusive gifts begins on 9 November 2026 at the Midea Redemption Centre and remains available until 26 February 2027, subject to stock availability. These gifts are separate from the washer and dryer bundle promotional gifts described in Section 5.

Customers are advised to call at least one working day in advance to confirm Grocery Voucher and AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift availability before visiting the Redemption Centre.

Required Documents

The following documents are required for in-person collection of Grocery Vouchers and AFC Asian Cup exclusive gifts. The bundle promotional gift described in Section 5 is delivered directly and does not require collection from the Redemption Centre.

1.     A completed and signed redemption form.

2.     The physical original tax invoice or order confirmation clearly showing the authorised retailer, customer name, installation or delivery address, purchase date, product model, quantity and unit price. Where multiple invoices are combined, all original invoices must be submitted.

3.     The physical original serial number for each product included in the claim. The serial number must begin with "S/N" and must be submitted as either the original serial number sticker or the original carton box cut-out.

Photocopies, screenshots, soft copies, digital copies and photographs will not be accepted, except that supporting online purchase documents may be accepted for online purchases, subject to verification by Midea Singapore.

Midea Singapore may request additional supporting documents where reasonably necessary to verify a claim. Late, incomplete, duplicated, altered, fraudulent or illegible submissions may be rejected. Any Grocery Voucher or AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift not collected by 26 February 2027 will be forfeited, and no replacement, extension or compensation will be provided, except where required by law.

9. Returns Cancellations and Exchanges

A purchase will cease to qualify if an eligible product forming part of the claim is cancelled, returned or refunded, or if the remaining transaction falls below the applicable quantity, bundle or spending requirement.

Where a voucher or promotional gift has already been issued, Midea Singapore reserves the right to cancel the benefit or require the customer to return or reimburse its value, to the extent permitted by law. An exchange for another eligible participating model may remain eligible, subject to verification and continued compliance with all Promotion requirements.

10. Verification and Invalid Claims

Midea Singapore reserves the right to reject or invalidate a claim where:

•  The purchase does not meet the Promotion requirements;

•  The supporting documents are incomplete, altered, duplicated, fraudulent or illegible;

•  The submitted serial numbers do not correspond with the products shown on the proof of purchase;

•  The same invoice, order confirmation or serial number has been used for more than one claim;

•  The purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded; or

•  Midea Singapore reasonably believes that the Promotion has been abused or that the claim is not genuine.

Midea Singapore may contact the participating retailer or customer to verify purchase information.

11. Personal Data

By submitting a claim, customers consent to Midea Singapore collecting, using and disclosing their personal data for purposes connected with administering the Promotion, verifying claims, arranging voucher or gift fulfilment, preventing fraud and communicating with customers regarding their claims.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and Midea Singapore's privacy policy.

12. General Terms

All Grocery Vouchers and promotional gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, except where required by law.

All promotional benefits are subject to successful claim verification and availability. If a stated voucher or gift becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Midea Singapore's reasonable control, Midea Singapore may substitute it with another benefit of equivalent value.

Midea Singapore may amend the Promotion mechanics or these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or terminate the Promotion, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, fraud, technical failure or legal or regulatory requirements. Any amendment will be published through Midea Singapore's official channels where reasonably practicable and will not affect rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midea Singapore will not be responsible for any loss, delay or inability to submit or process a claim caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, telecommunications or system failure, or circumstances beyond Midea Singapore's reasonable control.

Midea Singapore's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final, subject to applicable Singapore laws. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
