Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Score Big, Get Rewarded Air Conditioner Promotion (the "Promotion") organised by Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd. ("Midea Singapore"). Eligible customers may receive a purchase price discount, a Grocery Voucher, extended warranty coverage and an AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift, subject to the product, system and fulfilment requirements set out below.

By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promotion is provided in addition to Midea Singapore's standard warranty terms and does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Singapore laws.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid in Singapore from 1 October 2026 to 31 December 2026, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period"). The purchase date shown on the valid tax invoice or order confirmation will determine purchase eligibility.

Promotion Period: 1st October 2026 – 31st December 2026

Redemption Period: 1st October 2026 – 26th February 2027 (Grocery Vouchers)

Redemption Period: 9th November 2026 – 26th February 2027 (AFC Exclusive Gifts)

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above who purchase qualifying Midea air-conditioning products for personal domestic use from an authorised Midea retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

Employees of Midea Singapore, its distributors, participating retailers and advertising or promotional agencies, together with their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

Purchases made for resale, trade, commercial use, office use, project use or other non-domestic purposes are not eligible. Midea Singapore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each participant and claim.

3. Eligible Products and Sales Channels

The purchase price discount and Grocery Voucher offer applies to qualifying five-tick Midea MCE and MEZ multi-split air-conditioning systems purchased from authorised Midea retailers in Singapore during the Promotion Period. The extended warranty offer applies to the selected MCE, MEZ and MGP multi-split models listed in Section 6.

Products purchased outside the Promotion Period or from unauthorised sellers, overseas retailers, parallel importers or non-participating channels are not eligible. MGP systems do not qualify for the purchase price discount or Grocery Voucher unless Midea Singapore expressly states otherwise in writing.

4. Purchase Price Discount

The applicable promotional discount is applied directly to the purchase price of the qualifying Midea MCE or MEZ multi-split air-conditioning system by the participating retailer. It should be reflected in the final amount payable on the tax invoice or order confirmation and is not a separate voucher, cash payment or redemption benefit.

The purchase price discount does not form part of the Grocery Voucher value and will not be added to, combined with or represented as a total voucher or redemption amount.

5. Grocery Voucher Promotion

An eligible customer who purchases a qualifying complete Midea MCE or MEZ multi-split air-conditioning system during the Promotion Period may receive the applicable Grocery Voucher shown below, subject to successful claim verification.

Note: Collection of AFC Asian Cup Exclusive Gifts begins on 9 November 2026 and is subject to availability.

For this Promotion, the system number refers to the number of qualifying indoor units included in one complete multi-split system purchased for the same installation address.

The following conditions apply:

•  The Grocery Voucher values are not cumulative. Each approved qualifying system is entitled only to the Grocery Voucher corresponding to its system size.

•  A complete qualifying system must include the applicable number of eligible indoor units and one compatible participating outdoor unit, purchased by the same customer for the same installation address.

•  Multiple invoices may be combined, provided they are issued on the same date by the same authorised dealer and bear the same customer name and installation/delivery address, subject to all promotion requirements.

•  Invoices issued by different dealers or for purchases made outside the Promotion Period cannot be combined.

•  Each invoice, product and serial number may be used for one claim only and cannot be reused or included in another claim.

•  Every approved qualifying system also includes the corresponding AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift described in Section 7, subject to availability.

All indoor and outdoor unit combinations are subject to technical compatibility, availability and approval by Midea Singapore. A model appearing in the table does not by itself create eligibility if it is purchased outside a complete qualifying system.

6. Extended Warranty

Selected qualifying Midea multi-split systems are entitled to a complimentary one-year extension to the standard two-year general warranty, providing a total of 36 months' general warranty coverage. Compressor warranty coverage remains at 72 months.

The extended warranty is subject to all of the following timelines:

•  Online registration through Midea Singapore's designated registration channel is mandatory. Customers who do not complete registration by 15 February 2027 will not receive the extended warranty.

•  The extended warranty applies only to products used in a domestic household setting. Commercial, office, project and other non-domestic installations are excluded.

•  Only the participating models listed below qualify. Warranty coverage for products not listed remains unchanged.

•  An approved cross-series configuration using participating models may qualify where Midea Singapore verifies that the purchase, installation, technical compatibility and registration requirements have all been met.

•  The extended warranty remains subject to Midea Singapore's standard warranty terms, exclusions and service procedures.

7. AFC Asian Cup Exclusive Gift

Each approved qualifying System 2, System 3, System 4 or System 5 purchase includes the corresponding AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift allocated by Midea Singapore. Gift collection begins on 9 November 2026 and is subject to successful verification and stock availability.

The AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift is separate from the purchase price discount, Grocery Voucher and extended warranty benefits. It is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or another item, except where required by law.

8. Redemption Details

Redemption Period: 1 October 2026 to 26 February 2027 (Grocery Voucher)

Redemption Period: 9 November 2026 to 26 February 2027 (AFC Exclusive Gifts)

The redemption period for Grocery Vouchers is from 1 October 2026 to 26 February 2027 while the corresponding AFC Asian Cup exclusive gifts is from 9 November 2026 to 26 February 2027, both dates inclusive (the "Redemption Period"). All purchases included in a claim must have been made during the Promotion Period. Submission of a claim does not constitute automatic approval.

The purchase price discount is applied directly by the participating retailer and does not require collection or redemption from Midea Singapore. Extended warranty registration must be completed online within the registration period stated in Section 6.

9. Grocery Voucher Collection

Approved Grocery Vouchers must be collected in person from the Midea Redemption Centre during the Redemption Period. Grocery Vouchers will not be delivered with the purchased products or issued by the retailer unless Midea Singapore expressly states otherwise.

10. AFC Asian Cup Exclusive Gift Collection

Collection of AFC Asian Cup exclusive gifts begins on 9 November 2026 at the Midea Redemption Centre and remains available until 26 February 2027, subject to stock availability.

Customers are advised to call at least one working day in advance to confirm Grocery Voucher and AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift availability before visiting the Redemption Centre.

Required Documents

The following documents are required for in-person collection of Grocery Vouchers and AFC Asian Cup exclusive gifts:

1.     A completed and signed redemption form.

2.     The physical original tax invoice or order confirmation clearly showing the authorised retailer, customer name, installation address, purchase date, participating indoor and outdoor unit models, quantities, unit prices and applicable promotional discount. Where multiple invoices are combined, all original invoices must be submitted.

3.     The physical original serial number for every indoor and outdoor unit included in the claim. Each serial number must begin with "S/N" and must be submitted as either the original serial number sticker or the original carton box cut-out.

Photocopies, screenshots, soft copies, digital copies and photographs will not be accepted, except that supporting online purchase documents may be accepted for online purchases, subject to verification by Midea Singapore.

Midea Singapore may request additional supporting documents where reasonably necessary to verify a claim. Late, incomplete, duplicated, altered, fraudulent or illegible submissions may be rejected. Any Grocery Voucher or AFC Asian Cup exclusive gift not collected by 28 February 2027 will be forfeited, and no replacement, extension or compensation will be provided, except where required by law.

11. Returns Cancellations and Changes

A purchase will cease to qualify if any indoor or outdoor unit forming part of the qualifying system is cancelled, returned or refunded, or if a model or system configuration is changed so that the remaining purchase no longer satisfies the applicable requirements.

Where a Grocery Voucher or promotional gift has already been issued, Midea Singapore reserves the right to cancel the benefit or require the customer to return or reimburse its value, to the extent permitted by law. A change to another participating model or approved configuration may remain eligible, subject to verification and continued compliance with all Promotion requirements.

12. Verification and Invalid Claims

Midea Singapore reserves the right to reject or invalidate a claim where:

•  The purchase, system configuration, installation or registration does not meet the Promotion requirements;

•  The supporting documents are incomplete, altered, duplicated, fraudulent or illegible;

•  The submitted serial numbers do not correspond with the products shown on the proof of purchase;

•  The same invoice, order confirmation, product or serial number has been used for more than one claim;

•  The purchase is cancelled, returned, refunded or changed to a non-participating configuration; or

•  Midea Singapore reasonably believes that the Promotion has been abused or that the claim is not genuine.

Midea Singapore may contact the participating retailer, installer or customer to verify purchase, delivery, installation and registration information.

13. Personal Data

By submitting a claim or warranty registration, customers consent to Midea Singapore collecting, using and disclosing their personal data for purposes connected with administering the Promotion, verifying claims, arranging voucher or gift fulfilment, registering warranty coverage, preventing fraud and communicating with customers regarding their claims.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and Midea Singapore's privacy policy.

14. General Terms

All Grocery Vouchers and promotional gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other items, except where required by law.

All promotional benefits are subject to successful verification and availability. If a stated voucher or gift becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond Midea Singapore's reasonable control, Midea Singapore may substitute it with another benefit of equivalent value.

Midea Singapore may amend the Promotion mechanics or these Terms and Conditions, or suspend or terminate the Promotion, where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, fraud, technical failure or legal or regulatory requirements. Any amendment will be published through Midea Singapore's official channels where reasonably practicable and will not affect rights that have already accrued under applicable law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midea Singapore will not be responsible for any loss, delay or inability to submit or process a claim caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer, telecommunications or system failure, or circumstances beyond Midea Singapore's reasonable control.

Midea Singapore's decision on all matters relating to the Promotion will be final, subject to applicable Singapore laws. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
