2+2 Year Comprehensive Warranty

These Terms and Conditions govern the Midea Purchase Promotions 2026 (“Promotions”) organized by Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd. (“Midea Singapore”)

By participating in any of the Promotions, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend or terminate any of the Promotions and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotions are valid from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026 (both dates inclusive) in Singapore.

All qualifying purchases must be made within the Promotion Period.

Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Promotions are open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above.

The Promotions are intended for end-consumers only. Purchases made for resale, trade or commercial purposes are not eligible.

Employees of Midea Singapore, its distributors, participating retailers, advertising agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Qualifying products must be purchased from an authorized participating Midea dealer or retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

3. Promotion Entitlements

Customers who purchase the eligible products specified below during the Promotion Period will be entitled to the corresponding promotional benefit, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Promotion A: Complimentary Robot Vacuum Cleaner with Midea Laundry Suite

Purchase one qualifying Midea Laundry Suite comprising both of the following models:

Eligible Products:

Eligible customers will receive:

• One (1) complimentary Robot Vacuum Cleaner worth SGD699.

The qualifying washer and dryer must be purchased together as one Midea Laundry Suite during the Promotion Period.

Promotion B: 2+2-Year Comprehensive Warranty for Selected Refrigerators

Purchase any one of the following qualifying Midea refrigerator models:

Eligible customers will receive:

• A 2+2-Year Comprehensive Warranty, comprising the standard two-year comprehensive warranty and an additional two-year comprehensive warranty, for a total comprehensive warranty period of four consecutive years from the applicable warranty commencement date.

The extended warranty applies only to the qualifying refrigerator purchased and is subject to Midea Singapore’s prevailing product warranty terms, exclusions and verification requirements.

The warranty is non-transferable and does not cover accessories, consumables, cosmetic damage, damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized repairs or any other exclusions under Midea Singapore’s prevailing warranty policy.

Promotion C: Complimentary Deep Fry Pan with Selected Models

Purchase any one of the following qualifying Midea products:

• One (1) complimentary Deep Fry Pan worth SGD39.

4. Complimentary Gift Entitlement

Unless otherwise stated, each qualifying product or qualifying Laundry Suite is entitled to one corresponding complimentary gift only.

A purchase that does not meet the applicable model or product-combination requirements will not qualify for the relevant complimentary gift or warranty entitlement.

Complimentary gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.

Complimentary gifts are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, discounts or other products.

Images of the complimentary gifts used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. The actual colour, design, specifications, packaging or appearance may vary.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to substitute any complimentary gift with another item of similar or equivalent value if the advertised gift becomes unavailable.

5. Gift Fulfilment and Delivery

No separate redemption at the Midea Redemption Centre is required for the complimentary gifts under these Promotions.

The applicable complimentary gift will be arranged for delivery to the customer’s Singapore delivery address together with the qualifying Midea product.

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery and contact information at the time of purchase.

Midea Singapore and/or the participating dealer will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.

Gift delivery is subject to product availability, delivery schedules and any applicable delivery restrictions of Midea Singapore and/or the participating dealer.

If a complimentary gift is temporarily unavailable at the time of the qualifying product’s delivery, Midea Singapore or the participating dealer may contact the customer to make alternative delivery arrangements.

Delivery is limited to valid residential or commercial addresses within mainland Singapore, unless otherwise agreed by Midea Singapore or the participating dealer.

6. Proof of Purchase and Verification

Customers must retain the original tax invoice, sales order or order confirmation as proof of purchase.

The proof of purchase must clearly indicate:

• Purchase date;

• Qualifying product model;

• Quantity purchased;

• Purchase price;

• Dealer or retailer name; and

• Customer’s name and contact details, where applicable.

For online purchases, the relevant electronic invoice or official order confirmation issued by the authorized participating dealer may be accepted, subject to verification.

Midea Singapore and/or the participating dealer reserves the right to request the original invoice, order confirmation, product serial number or any other supporting document required to verify eligibility.

All promotional entitlements are subject to successful verification and approval by Midea Singapore.

7. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded, the customer will no longer be entitled to the corresponding complimentary gift or promotional warranty.

Where a complimentary gift has already been delivered, the customer may be required to return the gift in its original, unused and unopened condition before any cancellation, return or refund can be completed.

If the complimentary gift cannot be returned in its original condition, Midea Singapore and/or the participating dealer reserves the right to deduct the prevailing retail value of the gift from any refund due to the customer.

Any replacement or exchange of a qualifying product remains subject to the participating dealer’s applicable sales and return policies.

8. Warranty Conditions

The promotional 2+2-Year Comprehensive Warranty applies only to qualifying refrigerator models purchased during the Promotion Period.

The warranty entitlement is linked to the qualifying product’s serial number and the original purchaser’s proof of purchase.

Customers must retain the original proof of purchase throughout the warranty period. Failure to provide valid proof of purchase may result in the warranty claim being rejected.

Warranty service is subject to inspection and verification by Midea Singapore or its authorized service provider.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any rights that customers may have under applicable Singapore law.

9. General Terms

The Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, complimentary gift or special arrangement unless otherwise expressly stated by Midea Singapore or the participating dealer.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to reject any promotional entitlement where:

• The required proof of purchase is incomplete, altered, illegible or invalid;

• The qualifying product or purchase cannot be verified;

• The purchase does not comply with these Terms and Conditions;

• False, inaccurate or misleading information has been provided;

• There is evidence of fraud, abuse or unauthorized resale; or

• The Promotion requirements have otherwise not been fulfilled.

Midea Singapore shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or failure to fulfil the Promotions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including supply shortages, delivery disruptions, acts of government, natural disasters or other force majeure events.

Participation in any of the Promotions constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate or modify any of the Promotions and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Midea Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotions shall be final and binding.

No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
