Definitions and Eligibility

●      Keppel CCS Customer: A homeowner in Singapore who signs a valid Centralised Cooling System contract with Keppel and a Fan-coil Units servicing agreement with Midea for the property where appliances will be installed, and service to be provided.

●     Early Bird Promotion Period: Unless specified otherwise, Early Bird promotions apply only during the roadshow on 7 March 2026 – 8 March 2026.

●      Participating Products: “Midea home appliances” include refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and similar products excluding air‑conditioners.

●      Non‑Human / Non–Force Majeure Faults: Faults arising from manufacturing defects or normal product failure. Damage from misuse, accidents, power surges, or events like natural disasters is excluded.

 

General Conditions

●  Promotions are subject to stock availability and apply only to new retail purchases for personal use. Commercial purchases are excluded.

●  Benefits cannot be combined with other discounts or loyalty programmes unless stated. They are non‑transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

●  Orders must be placed during the promotion period and accompanied by a valid FCU contract to qualify. Midea reserves the right to verify eligibility.

●  Midea may amend, suspend or cancel any promotion without prior notice if circumstances require it.

●  In case of disputes, Midea’s decision is final. Singapore law governs these terms.

 

Promotional Benefits

10% Discount and Grocery Voucher Promotion

●  Keppel CCS customers enjoy an additional 10% discount on top of the current monthly promotional price for all Midea Home Appliances. Air‑conditioners are excluded.

●  Eligible purchases may receive grocery vouchers (S$50 for spends ≥ S$1,000, S$150 for ≥ S$2,000, and S$250 for ≥ S$3,000). Vouchers follow the designated entity’s own terms and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Free On‑Site Measurement and Design Consultation

●  Midea provides a one‑time free visit to measure spaces and offer product recommendations. This does not include structural alterations or detailed design plans.

●  Service availability is subject to scheduling and may be limited to certain locations.

 

Free Delivery Service

●  Free delivery applies when a single purchase of participating products totals S$750 or more. Purchases below S$750 incur a S$30 delivery fee.

●  Deliveries are limited to mainland Singapore. Additional charges may apply for restricted locations or stair carry.

 

Free Installation Service

●  Free installation covers refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and similar appliances. Air‑conditioners and specialised equipment are excluded.

●  Basic connection to existing power and water points is included. Extra work (e.g. new power outlets or drilling) will be quoted separately.

 

Free Old‑Appliance Disposal

●  Customers may dispose of one old appliance per new purchase (same category, any brand). The removal address must match the delivery address.

●  Old appliances must be disconnected and accessible. Built‑in items or those requiring special dismantling are not included.

 

Whole‑House Bundle Privileges

●  Customers purchasing multiple Midea appliances may receive additional discounts, personalised consultation and priority delivery.

●  Bundle offers vary by product combination and are not combinable with other discounts unless noted.

 

Roadshow Exclusives (7 Mar – 8 Mar)

●      Next‑Day Delivery (Working day Orders): Orders placed before 3 pm during the Roadshow period (07/03/2026 to 08/03/2026) will be delivered the next business day, subject to stock and scheduling.

●      Extra One‑Year Full‑Unit Warranty: Keppel CCS customers purchasing Midea appliances after presenting valid CCS contract during the roadshow receive an extra year of full‑unit warranty for the items purchased during Roadshow period, on top of the existing warranty period (for non‑human, non–force‑majeure faults).

 

Free Servicing Entitlement & Extended Warranty Options (Exclusive for Early Bird Promotion Sign-ups, while promo lasts)

 

●    Free Servicing Sessions

○  3‑year free FCU Servicing, 2 sessions per year, 6 sessions in total.

●    Plus Care

○  2‑year extended warranty: S$100 / FCU, as low as S$50 / FCU per year

○ 3‑year free FCU Servicing, 2 sessions per year, 6 sessions in total.

●    Prime Care 

○  5‑year extended warranty: S$340 / Unit, as low as S$32 / FCU per year, and servicing from S$60 per year

○  3‑year extended servicing: Inclusive in the package

○  3‑year free FCU Servicing, 2 sessions per year, 6 sessions in total.

 These discounted rates apply only to contracts signed during the roadshow.

 

●  Extended warranties must be purchased with the product or within the standard warranty period. They are non‑transferable and exclude consumables, cosmetic damage or misuse.

●  Labour charges for on‑site visits apply. Replacement eligibility must be verified by authorised technicians.

 

After‑Sales Warranty and Service

●  All FCU systems, for CCS customers, enjoy a one‑year standard warranty provided by Keppel, starting from the date the homeowner receives the remote controller. Cleaning and routine maintenance are not included in this warranty, unless customer is eligible for the Early Bird Promotion. A fee of S$30 fee per FCU per session will be applied, if such servicing is requested.

●  On‑site service is usually scheduled within 48 hours on working days.

 

Purchase Process and Administrative Conditions

●  To qualify for promotional benefits, customers must:

1. Sign up as a Keppel CCS member during the roadshow.

2. Register interest via the QR code or interest form.

3. Visit Midea’s showroom at 151 Lorong Chuan, New Tech Park (Lobby E) #04‑05, Singapore 556741 to finalise the purchase.

4. Complete payment and confirm delivery details within the promotion period.

 

●  Registering interest does not guarantee product reservation. Any changes after order confirmation may result in forfeiture of benefits or extra charges.

 

Liability and Miscellaneous

●  Midea is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from product use or promotion participation.

●  Customers must remove all personal items and data from appliances scheduled for disposal.

●  If any term is invalidated, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
