Midea × Epitex Promotion 2026 – Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Midea × Epitex S$63 E-Voucher Promotion 2026 (“Promotion”), organised by Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd. (“Midea Singapore”).

By participating in the Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 1 August 2026 to 30 September 2026, both dates inclusive (“Promotion Period”), in Singapore.

All qualifying purchases must be made during the Promotion Period. Purchases made before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above.

The Promotion is intended for end-consumers only. Purchases made for resale, trade or commercial purposes are not eligible.

Employees of Midea Singapore, Epitex, their distributors, authorised retailers, advertising agencies and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Qualifying products must be purchased from an authorised Midea dealer or retailer in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

All authorised Midea dealers and retailers in Singapore are participating in this Promotion.

3. Qualifying Products and Promotion Entitlement

Customers who purchase any one of the following Midea Heat Pump Dryer models during the Promotion Period may be entitled to one (1) S$63 Epitex E-Voucher, subject to successful verification and these Terms and Conditions:

Qualifying Products:

• MD210H90W – 9kg Midea Heat Pump Dryer

• MD210H100W – 10kg Midea Heat Pump Dryer

Each qualifying product is entitled to one (1) S$63 Epitex E-Voucher only.

The S$63 Epitex E-Voucher is intended to help offset the estimated annual electricity cost of a Midea dryer.

Any reference to an estimated annual electricity cost of S$63 in promotional materials is based on the applicable energy label for the MD210H100W. Actual electricity consumption and costs may vary depending on usage frequency, selected programmes, load size, operating conditions and prevailing electricity tariffs.

The E-Voucher entitlement applies to both qualifying models listed above, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

4. Delivery and Redemption Deadline

The qualifying product must be delivered to and received by the customer at a valid Singapore address no later than 30 October 2026.

Customers must submit a completed redemption form no later than 30 October 2026, both dates inclusive.

Redemptions submitted after the deadline, or for products that have not been delivered and received by the deadline, will not be eligible.

5. Redemption Process

To redeem the E-Voucher, customers must complete the official redemption form and provide all information and supporting documents requested by Midea Singapore.

Information required may include:

• Customer’s full name;

• Valid email address and contact number;

• Purchase date;

• Qualifying product model;

• Product serial number;

• Authorised dealer or retailer name;

• Original tax invoice, sales order or official order confirmation; and

• Delivery order or other evidence confirming that the qualifying product has been delivered and received.

The proof of purchase must clearly show:

• Purchase date;

• Qualifying product model;

• Quantity purchased;

• Purchase price; and

• Name of the authorised Midea dealer or retailer.

For online purchases, an electronic tax invoice or official order confirmation issued by an authorised Midea retailer may be accepted, subject to verification.

Each qualifying product and product serial number may be used for one redemption only. Duplicate, incomplete or multiple submissions relating to the same qualifying product may be rejected.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is complete, accurate and current.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to request the original invoice, delivery documentation, product serial number or any other supporting information required to verify eligibility.

6. Verification and E-Voucher Fulfilment

All redemptions are subject to successful verification and approval by Midea Singapore.

Submission of a redemption form does not constitute automatic approval or confirmation of entitlement.

Once the redemption has been approved, the S$63 Epitex E-Voucher will be sent electronically to the valid email address provided in the redemption form.

The E-Voucher email may contain a unique redemption code, barcode or other digital identifier that must be presented at the time of use.

Customers must ensure that their email address is entered correctly and should check their inbox, spam and junk folders for the E-Voucher email.

Midea Singapore will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery of the E-Voucher resulting from:

• Incorrect, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer;

• Email filtering or mailbox limitations;

• Technical or system interruptions; or

• Circumstances beyond Midea Singapore’s reasonable control.

7. Epitex E-Voucher Conditions

The S$63 Epitex E-Voucher:

• Is valid for use at Epitex retail outlets in Singapore only;

• Is not valid for use on the Epitex online store unless otherwise expressly stated;

• Expires on 31 December 2026;

• Is valid for one-time redemption only;

• Must be presented in electronic form at the time of purchase;

• Is not exchangeable for cash, credit, discounts or any other form of payment;

• Cannot be used in conjunction with other vouchers or promotions;

• Cannot be used on clearance products;

• Cannot be combined with Epitex membership discounts or third-party promotions; and

• Is subject to any additional redemption conditions stated in the E-Voucher.

Any E-Voucher not used by 31 December 2026 will expire automatically. No extension, refund or compensation will be provided for an expired E-Voucher.

Epitex reserves the right to amend the E-Voucher redemption conditions without prior notice.

Midea Singapore is not responsible for the availability, quality, suitability or performance of products or services purchased from Epitex using the E-Voucher.

Any enquiries concerning Epitex products, services, participating outlets or in-store E-Voucher redemption should be directed to Epitex.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

If a qualifying purchase is cancelled, returned or refunded, the customer will no longer be entitled to the corresponding S$63 Epitex E-Voucher.

Where the E-Voucher has already been issued but has not been redeemed, Midea Singapore reserves the right to cancel or invalidate the E-Voucher.

Where the E-Voucher has already been redeemed, the customer must reimburse the full E-Voucher value of S$63 before any cancellation, return or refund of the qualifying product can be completed.

Midea Singapore and/or the authorised retailer reserves the right to:

• Deduct S$63 from any refund due to the customer;

• Require the customer to pay S$63 separately before processing the refund; or

• Recover the S$63 E-Voucher value through any other reasonable means.

No refund for a qualifying product will be completed until the applicable S$63 E-Voucher value has been fully recovered.

Any replacement or exchange of a qualifying product remains subject to verification and the authorised retailer’s applicable sales, return and exchange policies.

Where an eligible qualifying product is exchanged for another qualifying model under this Promotion, no additional E-Voucher will be issued.

9. Rejection or Disqualification

Midea Singapore reserves the right to reject a redemption or disqualify a participant where:

• The redemption form is incomplete or submitted after the deadline;

• The qualifying product was not purchased during the Promotion Period;

• The qualifying product was not delivered and received by 30 October 2026;

• The purchase was not made through an authorised Midea dealer or retailer in Singapore;

• The required proof of purchase or delivery is missing, altered, illegible or invalid;

• The qualifying purchase, product model or serial number cannot be verified;

• The product serial number has already been used for another redemption;

• False, inaccurate or misleading information has been submitted;

• The qualifying purchase has been cancelled, returned or refunded;

• The product was purchased for resale, trade or commercial purposes;

• There is evidence of fraud, abuse, duplicate redemption or unauthorised resale; or

• Any requirement under these Terms and Conditions has not been fulfilled.

10. Personal Data

By submitting the redemption form, customers consent to Midea Singapore collecting, using and disclosing the personal data provided for purposes reasonably connected with administering the Promotion, including:

• Verifying the customer’s identity and eligibility;

• Validating the qualifying purchase, delivery and product serial number;

• Contacting the customer regarding the redemption;

• Issuing and delivering the Epitex E-Voucher;

• Preventing duplicate claims, fraud or abuse;

• Administering, auditing and reporting on the Promotion; and

• Responding to enquiries or disputes relating to the Promotion.

For these purposes, personal data may be disclosed, where necessary, to Epitex, authorised Midea dealers and retailers, and appointed service providers involved in verification, E-Voucher issuance and Promotion fulfilment.

Personal data submitted for this Promotion will not be used for unrelated marketing communications unless the customer has separately provided consent for such use.

Customers must provide accurate and complete personal data. Failure to provide the information required for verification and fulfilment may result in the redemption being rejected.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable Singapore data protection laws and retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for Promotion, legal, audit or business purposes.

11. General Terms

The Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion, complimentary gift, discount or special arrangement unless otherwise expressly stated by Midea Singapore or the authorised retailer.

The Promotion entitlement is non-transferable and is issued only in connection with the verified qualifying purchase.

Images used in promotional materials are for illustration purposes only. Actual product colours, appearance, specifications and packaging may vary.

Midea Singapore shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or failure to fulfil the Promotion arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:

• System or network interruptions;

• Delivery disruptions;

• Supply shortages;

• Acts of government;

• Natural disasters; or

• Other force majeure events.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate or modify the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Midea Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion, customer eligibility and E-Voucher entitlement shall be final and binding.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Singapore.
