No Repair, Just Replacement - Terms and Conditions

The No Repair, Just Replacemen is organized by MIDEA (SINGAPORE) PRODUCT PTE LTD (Company Registration Number: 202512362Z) (the “Company” or “Midea”). By participating in the Promotion, each participant agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set forth herein.

1. Eligibility

(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant warrants and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All rules and regulations and instructions issued by the Company from time to time will be deemed incorporated in these Terms and Conditions.

(b) This promotion is NOT applicable to commercial customers.

(c) This promotion is NOT applicable to customers who purchased Display Model(s).

(d) To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company reserves the right to change the eligibility criteria as stated herein at any time (with or without notice or reason) and/or determine at its sole discretion whether any participant should be excluded from entering or participating in the Promotion.

(e) The Promotion is only applicable for purchases from Midea authorized dealers.

2. Promotion Period

This Promotion will start on 1st October 2025 and last till 30th November 2025.

3. Promotion Mechanics

• For purchases made during the promotion period, if the product experiences non-human performance failure, the item will be replaced with a new unit directly, without repair.
• This replacement service is valid until 31st March 2026.
• Customers are required to present the original purchase invoice and product serial number at the Midea Official Service Center (151 Lorong Chuan, New Tech Park, Lobby E, #04-05) for product replacement
• Returned products will not be replaced immediately. Customers are required to wait up to three (3) working days for Midea’s technicians to inspect the product for any signs of human-induced damage.
• Once the inspection is completed, customers will be notified by phone regarding the replacement status.
• Eligible product models: MVC-V18P, MVC-V18PR, MWD-20P

4. Other Terms

(a) By participating in this Promotion, each participant agrees and consents that any personal data provided to Midea is accurate and may be used by Midea for marketing purposes in organizing, conducting, managing, and administering this Promotion.

(b) All participant information collected under this Promotion will be kept strictly confidential by Midea.

(c) Midea reserves the right to disqualify any participant who fails to meet the following requirements:

    • Suspected of fraud or dishonest conduct in providing purchase information, invoice details, or product serial numbers during verification.

    • If Midea subsequently discovers that the product was not purchased during the official Promotion Period, Midea reserves the right to revoke or retrieve any replacement product provided under this Promotion.

(d) Midea’s artworks shown are for illustration purposes only. Actual products may vary due to product enhancements. Midea reserves the right to change product images or specifications at any time without prior notice.

(e) Midea reserves the right to revise any of these terms and conditions (including but not limited to varying the Promotion Period or redemption arrangements), or withdraw or alter any part of this Promotion at any time without prior notice and without assuming any liability to any party.

(f) These Terms and Conditions shall be construed, governed, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

(g) The decisions of Midea on all matters relating to or in connection with the Promotion are final, conclusive, and binding. Midea shall not be obliged to provide any reason or enter into any correspondence with any person regarding any matter related to the Promotion.

(h) Midea shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage suffered as a result of, or in connection with, the Promotion and/or redemption or use of any products howsoever arising, including but not limited to any system errors, technical failures, misdirected communications, or losses of income, profits, or goodwill, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or special damages, howsoever arising, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. For the avoidance of doubt, any cancellation, termination, or suspension of the Promotion by Midea shall not entitle any party to any claim or compensation for any losses or damages incurred as a direct or indirect result thereof.

(i) In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any advertising, promotional, publicity, or other materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

(j) A person who is not a party to any agreement governed by these terms and conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these terms.
