Super Midea Season – Purchase with Purchase Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Super Midea Season – Purchase with Purchase Promotion (“Promotion”) organized by Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd. (“Midea Singapore”).

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. Promotion Period

The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) in Singapore.

The redemption period is valid from 1 June 2026 to 18 September 2026.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above.

Employees of Midea Singapore, its distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is intended for end-consumers only. Purchases made for resale or commercial purposes are not eligible.

3. Promotion Mechanics

Customers who satisfy all of the following conditions during the Promotion Period will be eligible for this Promotion:

• Purchase a minimum of SGD500 worth of eligible Midea products (excluding air conditioners); and
• Purchase an eligible Midea System 2 Air Conditioner listed in Clause 4.

Upon successful verification and redemption, eligible customers will receive:

SGD500 Grocery Voucher

Limited to one (1) redemption per customer.

The Promotion is available while voucher stocks last.

4. Eligible Purchase Requirement

The qualifying Midea products and eligible air conditioner do not need to be purchased on the same invoice.

Multiple invoices may be combined for the purpose of meeting the promotion requirements, provided that all purchases are made through the same authorized dealer.

For avoidance of doubt:

Eligible Example

✓ Customer purchases SGD500 worth of Midea products from Courts Tampines.

✓ Customer subsequently purchases an eligible Midea System 2 Air Conditioner from Courts Jurong.

✓ The customer qualifies for the Promotion because both purchases were made through the same dealer (Courts).

Non-Eligible Example

✗ Customer purchases SGD500 worth of Midea products from Courts.

✗ Customer subsequently purchases an eligible Midea System 2 Air Conditioner from Harvey Norman.

✗ The customer does not qualify for the Promotion because the purchases were made through different dealers.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to request all relevant invoices, receipts, and supporting documents to verify eligibility.

All claims are subject to verification and approval by Midea Singapore.

Only purchases comprising eligible indoor and outdoor unit combinations listed above qualify for this Promotion.

6. Redemption Details

Eligible customers must redeem their Grocery Voucher at the Midea Redemption Centre.

Customers are advised to call/WhatsApp at least one (1) working day in advance to confirm voucher availability before visiting the Redemption Centre.

7. Required Redemption Documents

Customers must submit the following documents:

1. Redemption Form

A completed and signed redemption form.

2. Physical Original Tax Invoice(s) / Order Confirmation(s)

The invoice(s) or order confirmation(s) must clearly indicate:

• Purchase date;
• Product model;
• Unit price;
• Dealer name.

Photocopies, screenshots, soft copies, digital copies, and photographs will not be accepted.

For online purchases, supporting online purchase documents may be accepted subject to verification by Midea Singapore.

3. Physical Original Product Serial Number(s)

The serial number(s) must:

• Begin with “S/N”;
• Be submitted in original form.

Only the following will be accepted:

• Original serial number sticker; or
• Original carton box cut-out.

Photocopies, screenshots, soft copies, digital copies, and photographs will not be accepted.

8. Important Redemption Conditions

Original hardcopy documents are mandatory for redemption.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to reject any redemption request if:

• Required documents are incomplete;
• Documents are altered, illegible, or invalid;
• Original hardcopy documents are not submitted;
• Purchases cannot be verified;
• Promotion requirements are not fulfilled.

All redemption submissions are subject to verification and approval by Midea Singapore.

9. Redemption Deadline

All redemption claims must be submitted no later than 18 September 2026.

Any unclaimed voucher after the redemption deadline shall be forfeited and no replacement, extension, or compensation will be provided.

10. General Terms

• The SGD500 Grocery Voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Voucher stocks are available on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
• Midea Singapore reserves the right to substitute the Grocery Voucher with another item of equivalent value without prior notice.
• Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• Midea Singapore reserves the right to verify all claims and reject any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
• Midea Singapore reserves the right to amend, suspend, terminate, or modify this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
• Midea Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding.
• No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
