Super Midea Season – Save Big, Win Big Promotion Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the Super Midea Season – Save Big, Win Big Promotion (“Promotion”) organized by Midea (Singapore) Product Pte. Ltd. (“Midea Singapore”).

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

This Promotion is provided in addition to Midea Singapore’s standard warranty terms and does not affect any statutory rights available to consumers under applicable Singapore laws.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to amend, modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

1. Promotion Period and Eligible Products

The Promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) in Singapore.

This Promotion applies only to purchases of participating Midea products from authorized Midea retailers in Singapore during the Promotion Period.

Products purchased outside the Promotion Period, from unauthorized channels, or for resale/commercial purposes are not eligible.

2. Eligibility

This Promotion is open to Singapore residents aged 18 years and above.

Employees of Midea Singapore, its distributors, retailers, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

The Promotion is intended for end-consumers only. Purchases made for resale or commercial purposes are not eligible.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all claims.

3. Free Gift Promotion

Customers who purchase participating products during the Promotion Period will be entitled to the corresponding free gifts listed below, while stocks last.

A. Redemption Centre Collection Required

Customers who purchase the following models must redeem their gifts at the Midea Redemption Centre.

B. Free Gift Delivered Together with Product

The following products will have the free gift delivered together with the purchased product.

4. Grocery Voucher Promotion

Customers who purchase two (2) or more Midea products in a single receipt during the Promotion Period (excluding air-conditioning products) will be entitled to Grocery Vouchers according to the following spending tiers:

Customers who are required to redeem gifts or Grocery Vouchers must submit all required redemption documents before the redemption deadline.

Customers are advised to call at least one (1) working day in advance to confirm gift stock availability before visiting the Redemption Centre.

Redemption Documents Required

The following documents must be submitted:

1. Redemption Form

Completed and signed redemption form.

2. Physical Original Tax Invoice / Order Confirmation

The document must clearly indicate:

• Purchase date;
• Product model;
• Unit price.

Photocopies, screenshots, soft copies, digital copies, and photographs will not be accepted.

Exception:
For online purchases, supporting online purchase documents may be accepted subject to verification by Midea Singapore.

3. Physical Original Product Serial Number

The serial number must:

• Begin with “S/N”;
• Be submitted in original form.

Only the following will be accepted:

• Original serial number sticker; or
• Original carton box cut-out.

Photocopies, screenshots, soft copies, digital copies, and photographs will not be accepted.

Important Notice

Original hardcopy documents are mandatory for redemption.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to reject any redemption request if:

• Required documents are incomplete;
• Documents are altered or illegible;
• Original hardcopy documents are not submitted;
• Redemption requirements are not fulfilled.

Redemption Deadline

All redemption claims must be submitted no later than 18 September 2026.

Any unclaimed gift or voucher after the redemption deadline shall be forfeited and no replacement, extension, or compensation will be provided.

6. Complimentary 2 + 2 Year Extended Warranty

Selected participating products are entitled to a complimentary two (2) years extended warranty in addition to the standard manufacturer’s warranty, providing a total warranty coverage of up to four (4) years (“2 + 2 Warranty”).

Eligibility for the extended warranty is subject to:

• Purchase from authorized Midea retailers in Singapore;
• Product registration (if required by Midea Singapore);
• Compliance with all warranty registration requirements;
• Submission of proof of purchase upon request.

The extended warranty applies only to manufacturing defects arising under normal domestic household use.

The extended warranty does not cover:

• Accidental damage;
• Misuse or negligence;
• Commercial usage;
• Unauthorized modification or repair;
• Cosmetic damage;
• Consumable parts;
• Normal wear and tear.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to request proof of purchase and other supporting documents for warranty verification purposes.

7. General Terms

Participation in this Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to verify all claims and reject any claim that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

All gifts, vouchers, and warranty benefits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Midea Singapore reserves the right to substitute gifts, amend redemption mechanics, or modify any aspect of the Promotion without prior notice.

Midea Singapore shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience arising from participation in this Promotion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Midea Singapore’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.
